Items are priced fairly, therefore willing to negotiate within reason. Items are not garage junk therfore do not expect garage junk prices, I am not trading for other items nor accepting apple pay, crypto currencies, travelers checks, etc... CASH ONLY.

Parking is available on street, please do not block neigbors driveways. No early birds please, I'm going to be setting up in the morning therfore I can't sell you something I don't have out on the driveway yet.

If you are comming to waste my time by haggling and needlessly pointing out items have wear and tear, then don't bother. All the baby items are gently used and I'm not giving stuff away for free (i.e. don't offer me 50 dollars for an $899 britax travel system [im not selling at 899 but that is what I bought it for, but you get the gist], so save me the time and other people's time.
