BROOKLINE, MA — It finally happened: Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's Chestnut Hill mansion sold, capping the end of an era in town.

The sale of the estate at 112 Woodland Rd took place on Christmas Eve, according to Norfolk County land records.

A limited liability corporation with connections to Brady —3DBB Brookline LLC — finalized the sale to James Kittler, a trustee who runs JDJ Family Office Services based in Boston. He is believed to be making the transaction for a client.

The supermodel and the quarterback listed the 12,112-square-foot mansion in August 2019 for $39.5 million as the couple eyed leaving New England. They dropped the price to $33.9 million before they pulled it off the market amid the coronavirus pandemic —and after a man broke into the home and made himself comfortable. The Boston Business Journal first reported that the power couple opted to sell the property privately.

The final sale price was not listed on the deed.

Brady and Bündchen's five-bedroom home, built in 2015 on Woodland Road, sits on 5 acres next to The Country Club — the ultra-exclusive club that Brady joined. The power couple bought the land from Pine Manor College in 2013 for around $4.5 million, some 15 years after Brady joined the Patriots.

The home has a gym, spa and guest house with a yoga studio that has barn-like details and was featured in Brady's Facebook miniseries.

Brady and Bündchen are now living in Florida, where Brady plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
