SHREWSBURY, MA — The Rotary Club of Shrewsbury will bring back its electronics recycling fundraiser in April, allowing residents to dump items like TVs and microwaves to benefit the club.

The fundraiser will benefit all club programs, but its prime local initiative is an annual scholarship program. In 2022, the club gave $2,000 in scholarships to three Shrewsbury graduating seniors.

The spring electronics recycling event will take place on April 16 from noon to 3 p.m. at Shrewsbury Town Hall, 100 Maple Ave. The club will charge $40 per carload of most household electronics, or individual fees for select items.
