Water Main Repair In Shrewsbury Will Take Hours: Town

SHREWSBURY, MA — A water main broken Monday morning in Shrewsbury could take all day to repair.
The town reported the break around 10 a.m. Monday. A contractor working on a construction project broke the main along Howe Avenue.
"The Water and Sewer Division is currently working to shut the water off. This repair could potentially take up to 8 hours," the town said in a bulletin.
