Wagner Construction Project Closes More Roads in West Dearborn

As Wagner Place does streetscape improvements and DTE utility work, roads will close.

DEARBORN, MI — As construction on the Wagner Place continues in West Downtown Dearborn, more street closings have been announced. Now through approximately the end of July, West Village Drive is closed between Nigosian Rug Co. and the Dearborn Wg Shop. Monroe Street is also closed from Michigan Avenue to Park Street for utility improvements.

Access to Parking Lot H will remain open off West Village Drive and Mason, although intermittent closings are expected throughout March and April, according to plans from the City of Dearborn.
The Wagner Place is Ford Land’s $60 million project that will introduce new retail, restaurants and workspaces to West Dearborn. It is set for a summer completion. During the project, eastbound lanes on Michigan Avenue are shifted in front of Wagner Place and no left turns are allowed from Michigan Avenue to Oakwood, Monroe or Mason streets.
