MELVILLE, NY — The Halston American Kitchen & Bar opened in Melville on Thursday. The restaurant is at 400 Broadhollow Road.
The Halston menu features appetizers; steaks; pasta; handheld sandwiches; chicken, beef and seafood entrees; sushi; and desserts. The eatery also offers Sunday brunch.
Anthony Scotto is the restauranteur behind The Haston.

"The Halston American Kitchen & Bar offers guests a five-star dining experience that is approachable, fun, and lively!" the restaurant wrote on its website. "The Halston is the perfect choice for everything from a business lunch to a family dinner, from date night to friends’ night, to our Sunday Soirée brunch. Private dining rooms are available for social or corporate events and the outdoor terrace is the perfect setting for evening cocktails and dining under the stars."
The food, the restaurant wrote, is both "dazzling to the eyes and delectable to the pallet."
