13 Westchester Restaurants Awarded 2023 Michelin Bib Gourmands

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Hudson Valley restaurants are officially world-renowned, as the Michelin Guide releases its latest list of notable restaurants in New York.

Earlier this week, Michelin revealed the eagerly anticipated full 2023 list of New York's 102 Bib Gourmands and 71 restaurants with Michelin-star status, at a ceremony also revealing Chicago and Washington, D.C. lists.

"The famously anonymous MICHELIN Guide inspectors delivered huge news to punctuate a one-night-only celebration for these three culinary communities — buzzing with excitement and emotion, support and encouragement," International Director of the Michelin Guides Gwendal Poullennec said. "These milestone announcement solidify these cities as some of the best places in the world to visit for culinary adventures."

Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown, the only Westchester restaurant on the Michelin stars list, maintained its two-star status, indicating "excellent cooking." In addition, Blue Hill received a Michelin Green Star for gastronomy and sustainability.

The "Bibs" are restaurants that combine "good quality and good value cooking."

"We are thrilled to announce these new Bib Gourmand restaurants, which add to their cities' dynamic culinary scenes," Poullennec said. "A tasty dish at an excellent value makes for a meal that really hits the spot. Our inspectors enjoyed these restaurants thoroughly, and they know you will too!"

• Café Alaia, Scarsdale
• Chutney Masala, Irvington
• Dubrovnik, New Rochelle
• Maria Resataurant , New Rochelle
• RaaSa, Elmsford
• Rafele Rye, Rye
• Southern Table Kitchen & Bar, Pleasantville
• The Cookery, Dobbs Ferry
• Tredici Social, Bronxville
• TVB by: Pax Romana, White Plains
