In an announcement on the farm's website, officials said the New York Food Truck Derby, Edible East End, Isobel Media, and culinary partners "are proud to gather to celebrate small businesses, craft-made food and beverages, and another abundant harvest season — all with the families that call Long Island home."

Officials urged residents to support the local historic landmark.

"We believe that Long Island is returning to its roots — deep roots born from the agricultural history that established these historic, northeastern communities centuries ago," they wrote.

The farm is a smoke free environment, so all smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, will be prohibited. Disorderly conduct, including trespassing into restricted areas, the feeding of animals and dumping of liquids in non-designated areas, will result in removal from the event.

The cost of admission is $15 for kids ages one to 17 years old and $5 for adults over 18. Tickets are required for all in attendance, but children under one will not need a ticket. Valid ID must be shown upon entry for anyone wishing to drink.

There will be no refunds and the tickets are not for resale.
