PATCHOGUE, NY—A new steakhouse will join Patchogue Village's many dining options this winter. Chops will open in the former Flo's location at 38 W. Main St.

Chops is the latest eatery from John Sarno, who owns Drift 82 in Patchogue and three Village Idiot restaurants. He told Greater Long Island that Chops will be a high-end steakhouse, something he says the village still needs.

There will be dry-aged steaks, a dress code and luxury wine and spirits options.
