Incumbent Republican Assemb. Jarett Gandolfo will be challenged by Democrat Douglas Pearsall in the 7th Assembly District.
LONG ISLAND, NY — Voters in New York's 7th Assembly District will see an incumbent challenged as they head to the polls on Nov. 8.
The candidates:
- Jarett Gandolfo (Republican, Conservative)
- Douglas Pearsall (Democrat)
Incumbent Assemb. Jarett Gandolfo, of Sayville, was first elected to the assembly in 2020 with a 60 percent lead, according to Ballotpedia.

He will face Democrat Douglas Pearsall, of Bayport, in the election.
