$141M South Country School Budget Sails Through

Cheryl A. Felice was elected with 1,268 votes and E. Anne Hayes with 1,129 votes.

SOUTH COUNTRY, NY — The South Country School District voters approved a $141 million spending plan with a budget-to-budget tax levy change of 2.75 percent on Tuesday, according to the district's post on Facebook.

It was approved 1,064 to 719 votes.

Voters also cast their ballots to decide Board of Education members for two three-year terms.

Proposition Two passed by 1,140 to 607 votes.

Proposition Three passed 1,097 to 649 votes.

Donna Ingrassia garnered 610 votes.
