Bucks County Hazardous Waste Collection Event Is June 23

A Hazardous Household Waste Collection Event will be held on Saturday, June 23. Here's what you can get rid of:

Bucks County will hold a hazardous household waste collection event on Saturday, June 23.

The collection event, organized by Bucks County, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Central Bucks South High School, 1100 Folly Road, Warrington.

Bucks County residents can bring up to 25 gallons or 220 pounds of hazardous products, including pesticides, flammables, cleaners, fire extinguishers, toxics, chemicals, car batteries, propane tanks (20 pounds or less only). A full list can be found here.

Things you cannot bring include latex paint, appliances, asbestos, explosives, ammunition, medical waste, prescription drugs, smoke detectors, tires, radioactive waste and more. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.
