Christmas, Hanukkah Events In Narragansett-SK: Tree Lightings, More

NARRAGANSETT-SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — There are plenty of things going on around Narragansett and South Kingstown to celebrate the 2023 winter holidays.

Hanukkah, the eight-day Jewish festival of lights, starts at sundown on Dec. 7, and ends at nightfall on Dec. 15. Christmas, of course, is on Dec. 25, but you don’t have to wait to start taking in all the sights and sounds of the season.

Menorah lightings near Narragansett and South Kingstown are:

• Warwick Mall Menorah lighting — Dec. 7
• East Greenwich Town Hall — Dec. 10
• Pawtuxet Village Park — Dec. 13.

Christmas tree lightings and other events include:

• Narragansett Festival of Lights — Dec. 2
• Breakfast with Santa Trio — Dec. 3
• Holiday Street Faire — Dec. 2
