I knew the product would be good, it was a good price to, my heart sank when I found out evri was the carrier but it did arrive and having used the pie maker I am pleased with the the whole process, from ordering and good communication

Very fast and efficient click and collect process. The SLA was 2 hours. But it was ready to pickup in 30 mins. The staff at Milton Keynes were very warm, welcoming and helpful. It was totally a pleasant and a smooth experience

Sadly, this product ( phone charging mouse mat ) has not worked

Because there were no instructions or notes included unsure if I am using it incorrectly or the item is faulty

Disappointed but will pass on to someone who is more IT savvy

From order and payment there were no issues ,we were notified as soon as the order left on its way to us also we were kept informed by the courier as to when it would be delivered that's all we ask and it was all delivered to make the purchase easy.thank you .

I'm going to be very honest with my review.
I purchased multiple items off their site because of what was pictured & described.
When they were delivered however, they were all of a different item completely.
I managed to cancel the 2nd order before it was dispatched & got a full refund.
The postage was paid for returning the 1st order & I was also refunded fully.
The chat contact was very helpful & sorted the issue out.
I also emailed them direct just to confirm as it was a weekend &, I got a swift reply within I'd say an hour.
That side of it I cannot fault.
I'm not going to give a bad review even though the items were incorrect.
They have now updated their website to show the correct item.
If they were the items I wanted, I would have kept them all.
I'd definitely give them another go in the future.

My sons birthday gifts have not arrived, when I went on the live chat to get it sorted I was told the order number didn't exist but the money has been taken out of my account. Evri tried to deliver but couldn't then there has been no updates since sat 31st August

Order online on Saturday and a week later it hasn’t arrived. Paid £3.99 for delivery. Tracking from Evri shows a 2 day delivery-should have arrived Wednesday. Still not arrived, now following Saturday, and tracking clearly shows no update. Menkind Customer service (Marianne) unwilling to help other than just ‘wait’. Tried to raise a complain but representative unwilling to do this or help. I would avoid ordering from this company as from looking at other reviews, it looks like it is hit and miss whether your item will actually arrive.

Update: the item arrived after 9 days and totally smashed to pieces. Brilliant.

Good product and fun to use with the kids in the garden. The bubble guns look good too.
Two minor issues though were:
1. Sometimes the bubbles were stuck together in clumps.
2. Battery a bit of a fiddle as needs to be taken out to charge and although a usb at one end it has a special connector to the gun. Why not use a standard battery.

Used click and collect and my order was ready in minutes which was great. Easy collection, staff were polite and efficient. Rainbow lamp is gorgeous. Happy with my purchase and with a sale price 😉🌟
