I have bought from Watches of Sutton and then let them service the watches. Always excellent, personal attention. My Tank stopped 3 days before going abroad and Jas went above and beyond to get the watch sorted and back to me before I went.
I've just sold a watch to them now and the same excellent service applied.
I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Jas was really helpful & friendly . He guided me through the process of selling a watch; explaining the tests etc & what would happen if I did decide to sell my Rolex. This was really important to me . He gave me the opportunity to ask questions along the way . The money was in my bank swiftly after the time he stated . I would definitely recommend him .

Jas quite simply provides the best customer service around. He was extremely helpful during the process of buying my next watch, the price was fair and my new (used) Omega is fantastic. His after sale customer service is also brilliant, I somehow tripped and badly damaged my watch a couple of months after purchase. Jas kindly made all the arrangements and went out of his way to help me get it fixed. I’m looking forward to seeing new stock Jas gets in for a future purchase.

Very pleased that I purchased my first Rolex through Watches of Sutton.

The watch was even better than pictured, in absolutely mint condition, beautifully packaged and delivered within two days.

Jas was pleasant and helpful when I called to enquire about using Amex to make the purchase (not possible) but he reserved the watch so I did not miss out whilst I made alternate arrangements.

Watches of Sutton are fabuluous and Jas is fantastic. Living in Northern Ireland we were buying the watch blind so to speak and also, i dont know that much about them. Within minutes of speaking with Jas, we knew we were speaking to the ideal person. Kind, couteous, genuine and was able to put us at ease straight away. Impeccable service. I placed my order Friday night and I got a reply Saturday morning. The watch arrived in Stockholm, with everything agreed on, Tuesday morning. Upon opening I could just confirm that the watch was in excellent condition and better IRL. Very satisfied. Now, I did not have any complaints nor questions, but had that been the case, they had clear info on how to get in touch. This together with a close dialogue/customer support, created a strong sense of trust and service - erasing the worries otherwise maybe associated with online shopping.
