Most definitely will not be buying from this company again! Ordered 2 watches - one was faulty with a mark on the face inside the dial and the other had a strap which was too short. Requested to return following their guidelines and received responses encouraging me to accept another watch. No thank you! I returned the watches and kept an eye on the tracking. Two weeks after they had received the watches, there was no refund, not even a response!! I had to email them several times and demand my money back and finally threaten to action a bank chargeback. A response was received from them very quickly! However, they didn't want to pay for the return postage, even though the product was faulty! Happy to say I eventually received a full refund. Beware ...

My first CW. I was on the fence with the twelve, as 40 is too big and 36 too small for my wrist. Just before my birthday i see that there is a new 38 twelve. Spot on size, great mango color and great butterfly clasp (which i normally don't like because it's impossible to get exact sizing) with on the fly adjustment and a matching rubber strap. These guys are mind readers... Even the packaging gives you luxury vibes. Very well done.

My little girl had her ears pierced at F Hinds. The lady who did it was lovely. It was all very professional and she explained it very well - Along with the aftercare instructions. My daughter received a teddy, certificate, balloons and a pen which she thought was brilliant!! Price was very reasonable for gold earrings. Highly recommend.

Wow, where do I start. The Minute we walked into Mappin & Webb, York, we were greeted and everybody was so friendly and Helpful. Me and my husband were impressed with how tidy and nicely set out the showroom was, everything sparkled. We were greeted and sat down with Chris, very impressed lovely fella, even shook our hand and got us a drink. I was looking for a nice watch for myself and had something in mind, Chris chatted to me about what I wanted and gave me other options aswell, brought out a selection of watches but i decided the one I had seen online was the one I wanted so Chris went ahead and got it ordered for me. Chris phoned me the next day to let me know the watch was in but It turned, out I could'nt collect it till two days later because I was so busy, I went back in to pick it up and again we where given a drink and we sat down. The watch was perfect and Chris and Kathryn then made sure it was adjusted so that It fitted to my wrist properly. Was impressed with how polite Kathryn was and she explained and made sure I knew how to set the time and everything, very friendly and helpful. I left feeling like I had known the team at Mappin & Webb a long time and not just met them. The whole team were so polite and helpful and I cant thank them enough. Will definately be shopping there again and highly recommend them. Glad I went to Mappin and Webb to get my watch. Thank you .
