Joey King shares rare bikini snaps while enjoying a beach day with pal
Joey King is reflecting on her perfect day.
The 24-year-old posted a slew of shots from her recent beach outing alongside a longtime friend.
Joey posed in a two-piece floral bikini, showing off her toned stomach as she stood in the ocean with her hands on her hips, eyes closed, and a smile on her face.
Other pictures in the Instagram carousel included a selfie with her friend Ariana, the Kissing Booth alum diving into the water and a snap of their beach set-up.

The two donned huge smiles across their faces as they wrapped their arms around one another.

Joey's relaxed day is much deserved, as the Hollywood star is hot off not one but two number-one movies - A Family Affair and Despicable Me 4.
Earlier this month, the White House Down actress stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to share some behind-the-scenes scoop from filming the streaming platform flick.
Joey shared that her co-star Nicole Kidman showed her some hardcore fitness moves while on the set of the A Family Affair.
'She taught me the most epic, awful butt workout I've ever learned in my life,' the Bullet Train star said. 'It was so intense. I was like, "I'm a youngster. I can hang. I'm young, and I'm agile" - I thought I could hang, but I couldn't hang.'
Joey detailed the workout, noting, 'All these donkey kicks and the rainbows and the fire hydrants. But you have to keep your leg in the air for, like, 12 years. It's so hard.'
The Netflix lead still tries to put the moves into practice: 'I do it still … I send [Nicole] photos when I do it I’m like, "Call the ambulance, love you!"

The rom-com follows Zara (Joey) as she navigates her mother (Nicole), falling for her famous actor boss (Zac Efron).
Joey took a moment to gush over working with these Hollywood icons.
'So I mean, I obviously love them so much, but I had never met them before,' she revealed to Jimmy. 'They were the nicest people. And Nicole, especially, is such a sweet and silly, fun person. She's such a girls girl.'
Joey quipped, 'Her and Zac too, they're both so hot. They're so hot. And they're like the fittest people I've ever met. I became a tubular gym rat on the set.'
Along with her co-star's dashing looks, the Ramona and Beezus star lived out her childhood fantasy by working with the 17 Again actor.

'I love him,' Joey confessed. 'I grew up with his face on everything I owned.'
'Did you have a Zac Efron lunchbox or something?' Jimmy inquired.
'Among everything else!' replied the Despicable Me 4 actress. 'All the merch that I could get my hands on and I was one of those kids, I was like, "Mom, the movie is going to be on at 8/7 Central. I don’t know what that means but I have to be home to watch." I had his face on everything and I was such a fan.'
Joey added, 'He was so, so fantastic.'
She even went as far as to talk about the High School musical days with Zac.

'He was so gracious about it,' Joey recalled. 'I would sing on set and he would sing along with me. And he was also, again, so fit, and he helped teach me about my protein intake. He's very helpful with the wellness tips. He's like, "What's your plasma like?"'
Meanwhile, when it comes to her other hit movie, working on the family-friendly comedy was a full circle moment for Joey.

In the movie, Joey plays Poppy Prescott, an aspiring supervillain and the new neighbor to Gru.
'I came in with three different voices prepared, but the lisp was my favorite,' she admitted. 'I am so glad they were on board because it's like this little girl saying all this villainess stuff with like a lisp. Poppy Prescott. Villainess!'
As for how the We Were the Lucky Ones alum feels about the chart-topping run?
'Right now, it's currently the number-one movie in the country. Number one again. Two number one movies,' Jimmy exclaimed. 'Do you freak out?'
'I am so excited,' Joey said. 'I love Despicable Me.'
