Katy Perry makes raunchy joke about the one quality fiancé Orlando Bloom has that kept them together all these years

Katy Perry had a laugh with her Instagram followers when she weighed in on what about her fiancé Orlando Bloom has helped their relationship stand the test of time.

During an Instagram Live session from earlier in July, the 39-year-old pop star — who was recently slammed for reuniting with producer Dr. Luke —  decided to answer a fan's NSFW question.

'Well, we've been together for a while...' she said with a pregnant pause while she appeared to sign fan memorabilia with a black marker.

'So I guess he’s got the magic in him!' she continued, using a singsong tone at the end as she paraphrased a line from rapper B.o.B. and Rivers Cuomo's 2010 single Magic, which was produced by Katy's longtime producer Dr. Luke.

She let out a chuckle, before her face instantly turned serious as she continued signing.

'No, it's really his heart,' she said of her love Orlando.

'And he gave me my greatest gift ever,' she said, before adding with a whisper that he was responsible for her daughter 'Daisy Dove.'

Katy appears to have filmed the live clip before heading out on a steamy St. Tropez vacation with Orlando.

The couple's relationship goes all the way back to 2016, though they have had their ups and downs since then.

They split in early 2017, though they remained friendly until they gave a romantic relationship a second try in late 2018.

This time it took, and the lovebirds got engaged on Valentine's Day of 2019.

Just over a year later, they announced they were expecting their first child together, though Orlando has an older son Flynn, 13, from his previous marriage to Miranda Kerr.

Katy gave birth to Daisy Dove — now three — in August 2020.

Her humorous video was made shortly before the controversy over her new song Woman's World, which has so far attracted scathing reviews, both for the music and for the accompanying video.

The video was lambasted for its allegedly surface-level understanding of feminism, though Katy has insisted that the most cringe-worthy parts of the video were satire that has been misinterpreted by fans and critics.

She was also blasted for collaborating on the song with Dr. Luke, the music superproducer whom Kesha accused of drugging and raping her.

Her lawsuit was subsequently dismissed, and Dr. Luke later sued her for defamation, though the two recently came to a settlement. He has denied her accusations and has never been criminally charged for any of them.
