Channing Tatum opened up about his romance with fiancee Zoe Kravitz on Monday while promoting their new movie Blink Twice.

Tatum, 44, started dating the 35-year-old actor-turned-filmmaker Kravitz back in 2021, and they got engaged two years later.

Now they're working together on Kravitz's first film as a director and co-writer, Blink Twice, which Tatum stars in, hitting theaters August 23.

Despite dating for nearly three years and getting engaged last year, the duo have been quite private, making their red carpet debut just last week at the Blink Twice premiere in Los Angeles

When Fallon asked what it was like making a movie with his fiancee, Tatum admitted, 'Creating is our, like, love language. Like, we really just enjoy that. I didn't have any fear going into, like, making a movie with somebody that you're -- you know, is the love of your life,' as the crowd all let out a collective, 'Awww.'

Still, the film itself, which Kravitz directs from a script she co-wrote with E.T. Feigenbaum, Tatum admits is, 'scary.'

'But the movie really is her. It's just her - her whole personality is that movie. And, like, the movie is terrifying,' Tatum said with a laugh.

Tatum joked, 'That's underneath the hood if I pop -- if you ever, like, poke the beast enough... That's gonna wake up.'

Fallon asked about the script's original title, which was censored on TV - P***y Island,' as he joked, 'And when Zoe Kravitz sends you P***y Island, you're going to read it. And you're going to want to be in it.'

When asked about the story, Tatum explains, 'Look, Frida is the main character, played by Naomi Ackie. Lord, she's a beast of an actress. And she's a cocktail waitress, and she gets invited to Slater King, my character's, island.'

He adds, 'And she goes... and I don't know if you've ever had a long weekend before where you're like, "I don't even know what day it is exactly. Is it Sunday? Is it Saturday?" And then, during this, like, euphoric, sort of, like, drug induced experience, you start to realize that maybe everything isn't exactly okay.'

'You really have to decide who you are in that moment. And Frida really goes on a a journey. And she turns into that girl,' he states.

'Like, I could cry. I could get really emotional because I've been trying to, like, actively in the industry play that character for the last 20 years. And like now, we've sort of cracked a little bit of the code,' he said to applause.

When asked if he would star in a Gambit movie, Tatum joked, 'I would kill kittens to make... I would do lots of terrible things to make that happen.'

When asked about Deadpool & Wolverine star/producer Ryan Reynolds, Tatum said, 'He took Gambit out of truly, like, the grave. Like, it was just nothing and nowhere and he was like, "No, man, I want this. I want this for you. I want this in the movie. And, like, I want to see it." And he made it happen. And I'll forever be grateful to him.'
