Helen Skelton displayed off her toned abs in a sports bra and leggings as she shared an Instagram snap while walking in the Lake District with friends on Monday.
The TV presenter, 41, looked incredible in the black gym wear which she teamed with a comfortable pair of trainers.
She kept cool by tying her long blonde tresses back in a ponytail and shielded from the sun behind a pair of sunglasses.
Helen showed off her amazing figure as she leaned on a gate overlooking the picturesque national park.
In a second snap, Helen slipped into a fitted black T-shirt and let her long waved tresses loose as she posed for a photo on the trail.

The UK outing comes after Helen returned from a lavish family holiday in Menorca earlier this month.

The former Blue Peter star shares her three children Ernie, nine, Louis, seven, and two-year-old daughter Elsie with her ex husband Richie Myler.
The former couple split in April 2022, with Helen moving out of their marital home shortly before jetting off on holiday.

She split from the England rugby star, 34, in 2022 after eight years of marriage and their divorce was finalised in January.
The Strictly Come Dancing star moved back to her home town to live with her parents as she moves on from her divorce.
And as she documented her move, Helen took to Instagram to thank her father for helping in a gushing post.
She wrote: 'The kind of granddad who spends days moving the entire contents of your life and still makes time for motorbikes and football.
In another post, she shared a picture of her son and joked: 'Tell me you're moving... without telling me you're moving.... Me: which pair are going to charity shop? Him: neither we NEED them both.'

The sprawling property is made up of two interconnecting homes which comprise eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, four reception rooms, an annex and an outdoor heated pool.
The former couple spent a combined £1.1million purchasing the two adjoining properties set in an exclusive gated community.
The news comes shortly after Helen insisted that parents should never be shamed into being perfect or acting a certain way, claiming it's simply a waste of energy.
