Chelsea Lazkani can be seen breaking down in tears in an emotional trailer for the highly-anticipated eighth season of her hit reality show, Selling Sunset.
On Tuesday, Netflix released a first look of the latest drama among the Oppenheim Group agents, who are battling Los Angeles' luxury real estate market crisis after the 'mansion' tax that took effect last year.
The tense preview begins with fan favorite, Chrishell Stause, making a toast with her costars to 'moving forward, good mojo and new beginnings.'
Despite Stause's hopes, it doesn't take long for tensions to begin to flare up again among the women, particularly Lazkani, 31, and Nick Cannon's baby mama, Bre Tiesi.
Fellow agent Nicole Young kicks off the tension as she announces that she's heard some 'information that could really affect families' and marriages.

In another scene, someone tells Tiesi, 33, that they did 'did hear something about Chelsea's husband.'
Despite butting heads with Lazkani since joining the cast in season six, Tiesi, dreads delivering the bad news to her frenemy.
'They say don't shoot the messenger, but she's definitely gonna shoot me,' Tiesi says of Lazkani as she prepares to meet her at a restaurant.
Footage then pans to Lazkani getting emotional during a confessional.
'I don't want to do this. I can't do this,' the mother-of-two tells the cameras.
She appears to be alluding to speaking about her split from estranged husband Jeff Lazkani.
In late March, she filed for divorce after seven years of marriage over 'irreconcilable differences.'
Mary Fitzgerald and Jason Oppenheim, who dated for about a year in 2014, also shed tears during the trailer as they cried over their dog, Niko.

The former couple, who shared custody of Niko, who passed away in February, both recognized that they didn't have much more time with their beloved pooch.
'We don't have that long with him,' Jason said as Fitzgerald held Niko in her arms.
After Niko's passing at age 18, it appears the duo held a funereal attended by their other cast members, who all wore black.
Stause, who dated Oppenheim in 2021, gave him a sweet hug as he seemingly mourned the loss of his pet.
The trailer wraps with Tiesi saying: 'Relationships, friendships, everything's gonna change. Time to shake up this office.'
