Iggy Azalea is not 'afraid to think outside the box' when it comes to her latest successes in the tech and telecommunications sectors.
The Australian 34-year-old seemingly retired from music and OnlyFans in order to focus on expanding her $200M crypto empire with the recent launch of her memecoin Mother Iggy aka $MOTHER on the Solana blockchain.
'Growing as an artist and entrepreneur is always challenging and can be scary, but it's also such a necessary part of life,' Iggy (born Amethyst Kelly) told Inc. Magazine on Monday.
'I think I've always been an entrepreneur at heart-even in my music career. I've always taken charge of the business side as well as the creative. I see creativity and business as two sides of the same coin, and the goal is to let them inform each other. At its core, business innovation is another channel of creativity.'
Azalea - who boasts 28.8M social media followers - also became the creative director and co-founder of the relaunched Unreal Mobile, which integrates the $MOTHER token as a payment option.

The four-time Grammy nominee keeps Unreal Mobile sustainable by encouraging users to recycle old devices and offering paperless billing and electronic SIM cards.
Iggy - who also oversees DreamVault, a digital gifting platform - shared this advice to other entrepreneurs: 'Stay true to your vision, and don't be afraid to think outside the box. Embrace challenges and view them as opportunities.'
Last month, Azalea announced she was launching a new podcast called Mother Knows Best through The Volume where she'll interview chart-topping musicians and trailblazing CEOs.
'I'm excited to start filming Mother Knows Best and stirring the pot in the way only I can,' the platinum-blonde culture vulture told THR in a statement.
'For a long time now I feel conversations in pop culture have become stagnant and overly cautious. I can't wait to start a fire and blaze a trail with The Volume.'
Iggy - who still gets 7.1M monthly listeners on Spotify - hasn't released new music since she dropped her rap single Money Come in June 2023.
On the personal front, Azalea is solely raising her four-year-old son Onyx Carter from her on/off two-year relationship with Grammy nominee Playboi Carti, which ended acrimoniously in 2020.
