'Everything we do at Uncommon James is that final touch – jewelry, fragrance, and even skincare,' she also shared.

And she shared that her new unisex fragrance makes her feel confident.

Cavallari also noted that confidence leads to feeling 'empowered.'

'For me, fragrance seemed like a synergistic opportunity. It is that last thing you put that gives you that confidence.

'I love being able to empower women – and men because this is unisex – to go out into the world and take on the day.'

The Hills vet talked clean living.

'I really feel like we all have a right to know everything that we're putting on our bodies and in our bodies,' she said.

'It just blows my mind quite honestly that we don't have transparency,' the Very Cavallari star added.

'I want my daughter to be able to come into my bathroom and grab any product – makeup, skincare, whatever it is, and have peace of mind that she's using it.'

She also revealed her day to day off-camera makeup look: 'I'm such an eyes girl, so mascara.

'My day to day, I really don't wear any makeup, except for mascara. I'll fill in my brows, and then use the Uncommon Beauty bronzing drops if I'm gonna put something on my face.'

Hosted at Woodlea at The Kimpton Aertson hotel, Cavallari got candid with Jocelyn Lyle, EWG's Executive Vice President, Mission & Partnerships, about her inspiration for creating Uncommon Beauty, which was founded to create clean, safe, and transparent skincare products.

Cavallari began working closely with the EWG team earlier this year to ensure her new fragrance, Hard Feelings, was EWG Verified.
