Gogglebox star Stephen Webb has revealed he quit the Channel 4 show after growing tired of his own jokes.
The reality star, 52, decided to leave the show after its 10th anniversary in 2023, admitting he'd grown tired of repeating the same funny moments over and over again for viewers.
In April, Stephen announced he and his husband Daniel Lugwig were divorcing after six years of marriage, and now the star is trying to find love again on Celebs Go Dating.
Speaking to The Mirror ahead of the show's return on August 19, Stephen explained the reasoning behind his decision to leave Gogglebox, having also appeared on the show with his mum Pat, and friend Chris Ashby-Steed.
He said: 'I thought, ''I just can't go back, I'm sick of it.''

'I got to the 10th anniversary of Gogglebox. I started feeling like Ken Barlow... there from day one.
'I was churning out the same old sh**. I'd say to the guys, ''Sorry, you'll have heard this 10 times before...'' I don't know why they've not cottoned on. When I shoved the doughnut in my mouth and swallowed... I must have done that four times. It made it on every time.'
Stephen added that after losing both of his parents, he's been re-evaluating his life, prompting him to take on new challenges.
Stephen and Daniel revealed in April that they were divorcing after six years of marriage.
The following month the hairdresser was scouted by E4 bosses and is 'excited' to take on the dating scene once again.
It has been reported that the former couple are still on good terms and are both running their hair salon together.
They proved to be amicably separating as they took to Instagram after sharing the relationship news - posting a video of themselves riding a tandem bike and they made light of their split.
Stephen even joked in the caption as he penned: 'Riding tandem straight out of this marriage #beryl #bff.'

The first episode of Celebs Go Dating will arrive on E4 on Monday, August 19, with plenty of drama promised in the release date announcement teaser.
The new series will air from Monday to Thursday at the same time weekly.
The show's official Instagram shared a trailer and wore in the caption: 'ITS BACK!! New Celebs, New Dates, New Friendships, and LOADS of Drama!'
The new series of Celebs Go Dating wrapped filming in July as fans eagerly await Lauryn Goodman's starring role.
Lauryn will be joining Love Island's Chris Taylor, Coronation Street's Helen Flanagan, singer Jamelia, Made In Chelsea's Tristan Phipps and Married At First Sight's Ella Morgan on the show.
Dating expert Anna Williamson shared a photo of herself alongside fellow show stars Paul Carrick Brunson, Tom Read Wilson and Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn as they celebrated the end of filming.
Alongside the snaps, Anna wrote: 'And……IT'S A WRAP!!!! 10 weeks of fun, filming & flirting (the celebs not us!) let me tell you, to work on a telly show where everyone is just damn so brilliant, kind, & professional is a gift.
