Her short, brunette locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down in light waves to nearly brush the tips of her shoulders.

She accessorized the outfit by adding a dainty, chained necklace as well as a pair of flashy, gold-hooped earrings and large, black shades.

Berry opted for a warm blush to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, as well as a nude-colored, satin tint to her lips for a finishing touch.

The star - who celebrated her 58th birthday on Wednesday - opened up about menopause and her own experience.

Earlier this year in May, she held a speech at Capital Hill to break the stigmas around menopause, and also asked for legislation to fund better research and education towards menopause.

'This is my favorite subject,' Halle told host, Robin Roberts on GMA when asked why she went to Capital Hill. 'But what got me there was realizing that I was in perimenopause, and had no idea.'

Halle then revealed that at the time, she had gotten a 'misdiagnosis of herpes' and added it was 'not an easy thing to hear.'

However, three days later, doctors discovered she did not have herpes, but still could not diagnose Berry's symptoms. 'And that is what got me so riled up.'

'I thought, "Wow, if I have one of the best doctors...I have one of the best doctors in California and he didn't really understand what this was." That made me realize there must be millions of women that don't understand this.'

She also added, 'As women, we have to make it okay. So, how do we make it okay? We say the word. We say, "I'm in menopause."'

'That's okay! You know, it's a normal stage of life. It's what we're going through. It's not a disease, don't make it a negative. Let's talk about it, and let's figure out what we can do.'

'I want 35-year-olds to start thinking about, "Oh, that's coming," and I want them to start understanding through great doctors and great books that are on the market now what they can do to sort of to ease into this time of life in the best possible way.'

'And don't be afraid of it, be fearless about it,' Halle added.

While at the U.S. capital in May, the Hollywood actress notably shouted 'I'm in menopause' as she tried to bring more 'awareness' towards the big step in women's lives.

'I'm in menopause, okay? The shame has to be taken out of menopause. We have to talk about this very normal part of our life that happens,' she said at the time.

'Our doctors can't even say the word to us, let alone walk us through the journey,' Halle added.

During a recent interview with E! News, Berry opened up how she slows down the aging process, revealing that she cuts out sugar.

The actress was diagnosed with diabetes in her late teens and explained that because she has had to cut out sugar for most of her life, it has actually been to the benefit of her complexion.

She told the outlet, 'It's hard work and you have to work at it. It's a lifestyle. I think being diagnosed with diabetes when I was 19-years-old has kept me away from the number one ageing substance which is sugar.'

The Oscar-winning star also noted that getting enough sleep can help her maintain a youthful appearance.

She added, 'I think it's managing to get enough rest, prioritizing your sleep and your health and your wellbeing is important. And it's hard to do that sometimes.'
