Some daughters look forward to receiving their mother's hand-me-downs, but Katherine Ryan prefers to pinch from her children's wardrobes.
The comedienne, 41, wore a pair of eye-catching, thigh-high silver boots to a summer soiree at Magic Mike Live in the West End.
They belong to her 15-year-old daughter, Violet. 'I stole these from her,' she tells me at The Theatre at the Hippodrome Casino.
'The boots are for my daughter to wear to the Taylor Swift Eras tour.'
The star of Channel 4 hit 8 Out Of 10 Cats adds: 'I can now share a wardrobe with her, but she's not so interested in the things I wear.'

Suki Waterhouse declared 'dreams can come true' after her pal Taylor Swift asked her to be the opening act for her show at Wembley Stadium this Saturday.
And before London-born Suki takes to the stage, she gave friends a chance to hear her new album, Memoir Of A Sparklemuffin, at a listening party in Soho.

Hunger Games star Stanley Tucci was excited to spot a tourist reading his book Taste at Kalamata airport in Greece this week.
'She was so engrossed she failed to look up when he walked past,' a fellow traveller tells me.
'Tucci stepped up and tapped her on her shoulder. She was, unsurprisingly, somewhat startled.'
