Lindsay Lohan slips into swimsuit as she hits beach with Jamie Lee Curtis to film scene for Freaky Friday sequel
Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis were spotted shooting a scene on the beach for Freakier Friday.
On Thursday, the 38-year-old actress was spotted sprinting through the sand in a green, floral-patterned wetsuit and later sitting beside her on-screen mother Curtis, 65.
This comes just shortly after Lohan and Curtis sat down to discuss reuniting with their costars and reprising their roles as Anna and Tess, respectively, for the sequel after more than two decades.
Lohan, a cultural zeitgeist of the noughties, threw up her strawberry blonde tresses into a messy bun and sported a pair of rose-tinted sunglasses with a retro, cat-eye frame and gold hardware.
Curtis was the image of cool, calm and collected as she modeled a double denim outfit and sat down in the sand.

She sported a pair of classic, dark aviator sunglasses and appeared to be wearing minimal makeup, like Lohan, for their outdoorsy scene.
Later, Lohan was seen standing with her toes in the sand, in the middle of the set, as they took a break from filming the scene for the long-awaited sequel to the 2003 cult classic.
Production for the sequel kicked off earlier this summer in Los Angeles on June 24.
The original adaptation of Freaky Friday, which was based on Mary Rodgers' 1972 same-name novel, from Disney was released over two decades ago in 2003.
The logline for the follow-up film reads: 'Tess and Anna discover that lightning may indeed strike twice as they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge.'
Other returning cast members besides the leading stars include Mark Harmon and Chad Michael Murray as they reprise their roles as Ryan Volvo and Jake.
Christina Vidal Mitchell, Haley Hudson, Lucille Soong, Stephen Tobolowsky and Rosalind Chao are also all set to reprise their roles in the sequel.
New additions to the cast include Julia Butters, Sophia Hammons, Manny Jacinto and Maitreyi Ramakrishnan.

Andrew Gunn, who produced the first film, will be co-producing the sequel alongside Curtis and Kristin Burr.
Lohan, Nathan Kelly and Ann Marie Sanderlin will serve as executive producers.
As for the release date of Freakier Friday, the movie is expected to premiere in theaters in 2025.
In a sit-down interview with IMDb to talk about the sequel, Lohan and Curtis teased that they would not be the only characters in the movie swapping bodies.
About the production, Lohan said: 'It feels like a rhythm that never stopped.'
She even confirmed that Tess' band from the 2003 film, Pink Slip, will return.
'Pink Slip is returning in full force with a lot of love in their hearts. And it's so much fun. And it feels like the band never left each other.'
Lohan also teased that there is a 'new song in this that is really beautiful.'

While they couldn't say much about the story for the sequel, Lohan teased it has 'the right amount of funny, the right amount of freaky.'
Curtis added: 'The movie is just freakier in all aspects. It's funnier, and there's more physical comedy. The switches are freakier.'
She added that returning costars Mark Harmon and Chad Michael Murray are also 'freakier' and said that the sequel will have 'more swapping.'
Curtis teased: 'I can't tell you what it is, but I have a secret way of reminding myself [which character I'm playing], but I can't tell you until you see the movie, or until we're promoting the movie, and then you'll know a lot more about the movie.'
