Nadia Bartel has shared her inner thoughts on life after divorce.
The former WAG recently referred to her new beau Peter Dugmore as 'The One' and on Friday, she shared a video in which she reflected on finding love again.
In the Instagram clip, the 38-year-old spoke to her fans while applying fake tan while dressed in workout gear.
'I felt like my life had ended, which is silly to think now' she began, discussing her divorce from Jimmy Bartel after 11 years together, in 2019.
'You do think you'll never be able to date again – I know I did feel like that. I felt like having two small children and not having time for anything else.'
She continued: ' It was really hard for me as well because I'd been with my ex since I was 22 or 23, so to even think about dating again felt like the most foreign thing to me, and I didn't even know how I'd handle any of that.'
Nadia went on to say that 'didn't even want to meet anyone' and was 'so happy with my two boys'.
However her interest was piqued when she got an Instagram message from Peter.

'I don't usually respond to Instagram messages, and I don't know if it was because I was feeling lonely, but I responded,' she said.
'I looked at his profile and we had some mutual friends and he looked like a nice guy. He also didn't have a lot of posts – and I liked that.'
Nadia continued: 'I really enjoyed the chats but I never thought I'd ever see this person – it was just nice to chat.
'I was in a good place with my mental health and I didn't want to put myself in a position where I could be hurt again.'
The Henne designer met up with Peter at The Tan, a park in Melbourne, and said they have been together ever since.

'I never thought I'd meet this person but there was something about seeing him and hearing his voice, his mannerisms, I just felt an instant spark and energy, which was crazy because I hadn't felt that at all with anyone since my split' she said.
'That feeling of connecting with someone and an energy, I feel like it's a real thing'.
The pair are even discussing having children together, Nadia disclosed.
'You have to be careful with that and we took it very slowly and they have a great relationship now because of it' she said.
Bartel says she and Dugmore have discussed having children.
'I'm older now so I don't know when or if that could happen but it's nice getting to the point where you can feel like that again' she said.
Nadia has two sons with ex-husband Jimmy, Aston and Henley.
Earlier this year, Nadia has confessed Peter is 'The One' to Daily Mail Australia at Glamour on the Grid in Melbourne last month.
Nadia started dating the model in January 2022 and it seems things are as serious as they can get.
Bartel says she and Dugmore have discussed having children
The romance comes after her highly publicised split from husband Jimmy Bartel in 2019.
'I think he's The One. I do think he is and I think that he's got so many amazing attributes,' she told Daily Mail Australia at the event, which was held at the Marriott Bonvoy Lounge in Albert Park.
'He's just such a good person. I think the way he makes me feel...'
After going public in late 2022, Nadia and Peter have often been seen cuddling up at exclusive events and on sweet dates around Melbourne.
Earlier this year, the loved-up couple were pictured sharing a passionate kiss in at the Australian Open in Melbourne.
Nadia announced her split from retired AFL star Jimmy in August 2019, five years after they tied the knot on the Bellarine Peninsula
Nadia and Peter went Instagram official in December 2022.
The pair confirmed their relationship by getting hot and heavy in a photo shared to Instagram Stories.
Late last year, Nadia told Daily Mail Australia her relationship with the former footballer-turned-model is going swimmingly.
'My love life is going well. It's good. I'm happy,' she shared.
