Brooke Mueller's shocking connection to Matthew Perry and the 'Ketamine Queen' Jasveen Sangha revealed

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller met Matthew Perry and the woman accused of selling the Friends' star a fatal dose of ketamine in rehab, it has emerged.

The actress was in the same Los Angeles facility area as Perry and his alleged drug dealer Jasveen Sangha, otherwise known as the 'Ketamine Queen', TMZ reports.

Perry died in October last year at the age of 54 from the 'acute effects of ketamine'.

Sangha, 41, was arrested on Thursday along with four others, including two doctors, in connection with his death.

Mueller has been questioned by police, but has not been charged and has assisted with the investigation.

She is understood to have been close with Perry for many years and even met her future husband Sheen at one of his parties.

A photo on Instagram posted in March 2022 shows Sheen smiling alongside Sangha and her uncle Paul Singh during a night out in Beverly Hills.

Mueller, 46, has had various issues with substance abuse over the years. In July 2011, she underwent a rehab program.

Two years later, her children were removed from her home because of suspected drug use. Mueller reentered rehab at that time.

Mueller was seen enjoying a stroll along a Malibu beach yesterday hours after news of the charges broke but has remained tight-lipped on the situation.

She is also said to be good friends with drug dealer Erik Fleming, 54, who pleaded guilty to two charges and admitted being the one who supplied Perry with the ketamine which ultimately killed him.

Prosecutors said that Fleming gave the drugs to Perry's live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, 59, who administered the fatal dose.

Iwamasa pleaded guilty on August 7 to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and admitted to repeatedly injecting Perry with the drug

Prosecutors say he was coached on how to administer the shots by Dr Salvador Plasencia, 42, who is accused of selling ketamine and falsifying records related to the federal investigation into Perry's death.

He has been charged alongside Dr Mark Chavez, 54, who admitted to selling Plascencia ketamine from his clinic.

Damning texts between the medics show them discussing how much 'moron' Perry will pay them for the drugs, according to the indictment.

Perry was found unresponsive in the hot tub of his Pacific Palisades home on October 28, 2023.

Perry had been receiving prescribed ketamine therapy to treat his anxiety and depression.

But he had not had one of those treatments for a week-and-a-half prior to his death.

That means the ketamine found in his system after he drowned had not been prescribed.

The amount in his blood was in the range used for general anesthesia during surgery.

It was listed as the primary cause of death, which was ruled an accident with no foul play suspected.

The actor had been open about his struggles with substance abuse but said he was clean.

In 2022, he said he estimated he had that spent $9 million battling his addictions across 15 rehab stays.
