Louise Thompson stunned in a blue Hunza G swimsuit and chic black sunglasses as she was seen enjoying Ibiza in photos she shared to Instagram on Tuesday.
The influencer, 34, showed off her figure from all angles while posing barefoot on a rocky beach after detailing her health woes.
She shared a close-up selfie to her story, showing off her stunning gold necklaces including one featuring the initials L, R, and L.
The 'L's represent Louise and her son Leo, two, while the R is for Leo's father and Louise's partner Ryan Libbey who was also in Ibiza.
Ryan and Louise, who has openly discussed wearing a stoma bag, were joined by Louise's younger brother Sam Thompson and Sam's girlfriend Zara McDermott.

BBC documentary-maker Zara, 27, took a photo of the rest of the group, and a couple additions, larking about in the sea.
Her boyfriend Sam threw up a double peace sign while Ryan threw up Louise in his arms as the group posed for a second snap.
After the water fun, Louise covered up with patterned shorts and a striped white T-shirt and returned to the rocky beach.
Previous hung off her shoulders, Louise pulled the shirt on fully and buttoned it up to enjoy a spot of sunbathing.
Later on, she beamed as she enjoyed some Mediterranean dinner with her partner of eight years Ryan, a personal trainer.
Their meals consisted of generous helpings of fish, a tomato each, and some very thinly sliced fried potatoes.
The foursome are in Ibiza for a belated celebration of Sam's birthday.
The Hits Radio UK radio presenter and former Made In Chelsea star turned 32 on August 2.

In July, while she was in Mallorca, Louise proudly displayed her stoma bag in a low-rise mini skirt.
In her candid post during the trip, Louise admitted she had 'come incredibly close to having a leak' after being out all day enjoying herself during her Mallorca trip.
Louise revealed in April that she had been fitted with a stoma bag after a years-long battle with ulcerative colitis.
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic bowel condition where the colon and rectum become inflamed and small ulcers develop on the colon's lining, which can bleed. The condition has no cure.
A stoma bag is used to collect faeces that has nowhere to go after a colectomy, a surgery to remove part or all of your colon, the part of the intestines that passes poo onto the rectum.
It came after Louise spent two weeks in hospital after suffering a ulcerative colitis flare up during a holiday with Ryan and Leo.
Louise almost died during the birth of her son in 2021 and was left with post traumatic stress disorder.
The mother-of-one also revealed that a boat trip she took while in Mallorca was a learning curve with her stoma bag as she hadn't been on a plane or boat since having the procedure.

Not able to join Louise and Sam in Ibiza was Sam's best friend Pete Wicks who is preparing for the twentieth series of Strictly Come Dancing, which begins in September.
Zara competed in the previous series, where she was allegedly hit and spit on by her professional partner Graziano Di Prima.
Soon after the allegations, Graziano took to Instagram to say in part: 'I deeply regret the events that led to my departure from Strictly.'
However, he has since deleted this apology, and instead now insists that he is not abusive.
On Pete joining Strictly, a gracious Zara said: 'This makes me so happy. You’re going to have the best time.
'I am so proud of you. I cannot wait to see you in some sparkles and maybe even some hot pants.'
She added: 'I've never been so excited. Love you.'
Sam also shared: 'No words. So proud of you... the content we are going to make that you don't even know about yet.'
