Self care isn't baths and happy hours. It's the daily physical and mental activities that allow you to be your best: -Meditate - 10 minutes a day will change your mind -Connect with friends and build relationships -Eat mostly unprocessed, whole foods -3-4 days of exercise per week -Read pages on books daily -7-9 hours of quality sleep -Daily outdoor activity -Drink plenty of water -Find creative outlets I've had plenty of phases where I let these slide. I become a distracted, unhappy, unhealthy person. When I prioritize them I'm truly a high performer. With proper planning all the core non-sleep self-care activities can be done in less than 2 hours a day. There will be enough time if you prioritize them. Start by picking 1 to do daily until it's a habit. What self-care activity are you focusing on this week? * * * PS - I help founders get what they want out of business. Please follow and repost 🙏
