I Tried Kourtney Kardashian's Gummies; Lemme Tell You Where I Saw Results

Kourtney Kardashian Barker's Lemme supplement line is made up of gummies, capsules, tinctures, and chews — according to the brand, all formulated with essential multivitamins and clean, clinically-studied ingredients, which you can read about in detail on the product pages. Of course, they're also branded by a Kardashian, which means there's been a certain viral appeal to them since the company's launch in September 2022. Unsurprisingly, there's also a considerably high price tag for a pack of health and beauty products that will last you no longer than one month. Bestsellers include Lemme Purr (for vaginal health), Lemme Burn (for metabolism), and the consistently sold-out Lemme Sleep (for, of course, sleep). But all of the products inspire a lot of chatter about whether or not the investment is worth it.

Of course, all supplements deserve a critical look, considering the fact that they're regulated differently than other things we ingest, like foods and conventional medications. But I was especially curious about some of these buzz-y supplements and their effectiveness. Would my skin actually glow like it did in my youth? Would I actually feel less bloated during my cycle?

So, I tested out a handful of the Lemme inventory for 30 days. Ahead, you can read my in-depth reviews and ratings for the items I tried, most of which are made without parabens, sulfates, or phthalates, and include moisturizing and nourishing ingredients such as botanical extracts and antioxidants. Lemme has become known for its commitment to transparency, sustainable packaging, and vegan, gluten-free recipes, so the only question left is whether or not the quality is there, too. Ahead, click through to find out which Lemme supplements I would invest in a second time around.

Lemme Sleep Gummies

Lemme Sleep Sleep Tight Gummies ($30)

The Lemme Sleep Gummies seem to work for me, however, I've always had success with five mg of melatonin before bed. That being said, I'm not used to taking magnesium, which has relaxing properties, and Lemme Sleep contains 20 mg. It also contains 50 mg of L-Theanine, an amino acid that may promote relaxation and help reduce anxiety, according to the Cleveland Clinic. The gummies, which boast a luscious berry flavor and are meant to be taken two at a time 30 minutes before bed, also include chamomile, lavender, and elderberry extracts — all of which the brand claims aid in healthy sleep patterns.

These are designed for people who have trouble falling asleep and those who inconsistently maintain uninterrupted sleep, and I would say I tend to fall into the latter category, typically awaking at least two times throughout the night to pee. Ever since taking them, I wake up once a night at most, and many reviewers agree that they also feel less drowsy in the morning.

Lemme Wake Up Gummies

Lemme Wake Up Caffeine Energy Gummies ($30)

Each serving of these gummies (which is two gummies) is packed with 80mg of caffeine — equal to what's in your typical cup of coffee. And whew! They really do pack a punch. The cappuccino flavor may not be as delicious as that hot cup you get every morning from your local café, but there are subtle notes of hazelnut coffee to taste, and definitely to smell the moment you open up the bottle. There are no artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup, but the Real Robusta Coffee Bean extract is made from the beans of the Coffea canephora plant.

As someone who typically has two cups of coffee a day, I personally find that I have to substitute these gummies for my second cup, otherwise I can feel the caffeine lingering in my body into the early evening, which can be anxiety-inducing. In other words, these gummies sure do their job.

Lemme Debloat Gummies

Lemme Debloat Gummies

Lemme Debloat Daily Digestive Gummies ($30)

These gummies are packed with LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans) for all-around gut health; DE111® (Bacillus subtilis), a probiotic intended to support the immune system and gut microbiome; and Xylooligosaccharides (XOS), a prebiotic intended to balance the digestive system. Taking probiotics and prebiotics together can help ensure the good bacteria survive in your gut long enough to pay off. And while experts say research into the benefits of probiotics is still evolving, many people find that taking them help with GI issues like bloating, regularity, and gas. You're meant to take two Lemme Debloat a day for optimal results, rather than solely when you feel bloated.

I've taken debloat gummies before but hadn't seen results, since for me, bloating is generally common throughout my cycle both when I'm ovulating and experiencing PMS — it just is what it is. While they taste great with a blackberry flavor, I still experienced bloating when I usually do throughout my hormonal cycle, although I did find that I was going to the bathroom about once more per day (whether that was due to the supplement was unclear). Overall, they have great reviews online so, like they say, don't knock them 'til you try them.

Lemme Glow Gummies

Lemme Glow Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies ($30)

The Lemme Glow gummies are packed with hair, skin, and nail heroes. There are collagen peptides, which the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology reports may help maintain healthy hair, skin, and nails; biotin, which is often used for hair and nail strength (though GoodRx notes the research into its efficacy is a little lacking); and vitamins A, C, and E and zinc, which the brand claims helps with skin radiance; and additional minerals. Their overall purpose is to help you attain thicker, fuller hair, skin with fewer blemishes, and stronger nails.

Out of all three targeted areas, I noticed the most improvement in my nails after a month, which previously tended to break or chip two weeks after a manicure. You could chalk it up to coincidence, but the manicure I got after beginning to take these gummies lasted me a full 30 days, and I noticed significant growth and stronger nail beds that weren't as flimsy upon powder removal. I really enjoyed the peach-y taste, too, and looked forward to grabbing the bottle each morning. I'm currently in the process of remedying my dry, damaged hair, so it's harder for me to notice significant changes there. My skin, however, definitely felt more radiant and smooth, possibly due to the collagen boost.

Lemme Focus Concentration Gummies

Lemme Focus Concentration Gummies

Lemme Focus Concentration Gummies ($30)

These gummies are comprised of Cognizin® Citicoline, a nootropic that may promote healthy brain function, according to a study posted in the Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute (MDPI), and Organic Lion's Mane Extract, which comes from mushroom and delivers antioxidants and a fiber known as beta-glucans. Their main purpose is to enhance focus and concentration without the use of drugs, caffeine, or other stimulants, according to the brand.

For me, they don't spark a noticeable or significant boost of energy; the feeling is instead more subtle. When I take them in the morning, I find that I reach for my first cup of coffee later than usual and I am immersed in my work a bit more naturally. Most shoppers review these positively, too, claiming that they increase alertness without any jitters, although it's hard to tell whether this is the placebo effect or the gummies. Each bottle is packed with 60 gummies, which will last a month since the recommended dosage is two gummies a day. The Lemme Focus Gummies are probably my favorite of the bunch flavor-wise, as they come in a delicious strawberry.
