These are people trying their best to navigate an impossible ordeal while falling prey to the momentary satisfaction of transferring their pain onto each other. And it unfolds beautifully thanks to Chinn's words and Linney and Parker's performances.

Though the plot had its moments of predictability, the casting was phenomenal and the story had lots of heart. I was entertained from the moment I hit play until the credits rolled - and left considering the themes of the film long after.

Nice moving film about guilt, loss and human connection. I really liked the performances of the cast. Unfortunately with the exception of Laura Linney who I happen to be a fan of. She was too over-the-top neurotic for me on this one. In a sense, she didn’t match the energies of the rest of the interacting cast. Her character was just one dimensional and her superficial humanity was lacking the much needed relatability to connect with he audience. It just bothered because she’s such a great actress and would have added so much, if she she could find the role’s truth. Still a good tearjerker.

A beautiful story about life and death and how to deal with them. Well directed and superbly portrayed by three great actors with all the supporting roles performing in perfect harmony to the lead characters. Well worth watching.
