Allstate is charging me $30 for…

Allstate is charging me $30 for removing my ex-husband's name from auto policy. Have you heard anything more ridiculous??
And to top it all, I had to call 1800-Allstate number to make a payment and waited 22 minutes just to be disconnected. It would be nice to charge them for my time spent waiting. Don't use them.

Allstate ignores my repeated inquires

My house got flooded on 4/16/24. When I got to the house the tenant who stopped the leak said nothing about where the leak was. She just got into her car and left. On 4/17/24 I called Allstate and filed a claim. (# 0751952276). Allstate wanted to know what caused the leak. Attempts to reach the tenant over the phone went unanswered. On 4/18/24 a plumber and an appliance technician visited my house. They could not point out the source of water leak. The appliance technician assumed that the water leak was intentional. The lease with my tenants was to end up on 4/30/24. At the time of flooding the tenants were not living in the house. They did not pay full rent which was due on 4/1/24. On 4/8/24 I explained them that, according to law, they had to pay full rent. And they paid full rent. I think that at that point they had become very angry with me and decided to take revenge.
On 4/21/24 I sent to Allstate big email with attached photos and screenshots. The information proves, in my opinion, that the tenants intentionally set up flooding. I asked for an investigation. Two months after flooding, my repeated inquiries about an investigation went unanswered. This includes my email to CEO of Allstate.
Allstate has means to get insurance fraud and other crimes investigated. This is why I would like Allstate to investigate the flooding of my property which was insured with them. The flooding caused my emotional distress, big loss of time and money. I provided Allstate with more than enough information to open an investigation. In turn, Allstate acts like I do not exist. Such actions toward me, a customer, are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Also, here is the fact that Allstate understands but ignores. The fact that the flooding took place and was not caused by any technical issues or supernatural forces means that there must’ve been a human(s) involved. As time goes by and evidence disappears, Allstate indirectly helps that human to get away with his/her crime.

The sum of its Parts

Allstate is fortunate to have R&L Global backing them, at the street level. They could learn so much, and improve their public image, in a service collaboration with Tim Rogers and his, exemplary, intake staff.

Can i not give .00001 of a star?

Can i not give .00001 of a star?

Ive been nothing but nice and courteous and all they do is waste my time and lie to me.

Took 2 freaking weeks of me nagging the crap out of them via email and call to send me the damn virtual assist bull crap.
Then they tell me they WONT pay for the rental even though they are supposed to.

Repairs are estimated to take 2 weeks:
Allstate be like: oh we'll set you up with enterprise but arent going to pay the $600+ it'll cost you to rent it.
Me: then how the hell am i going to get to work for the next two weeks?

(I spoke to several people that deal with the insurance at several collision places and they all said Allstate should pay for your rental, they just wont tell you they will)
its my ONLY mode of transportation and Ive been stuck driving it to work even though its been deemed "unsafe" to drive by several people. Sorry im a broke 26 year old but arent you supposed to be helping me? My car was perfectly fine before your carrier messed my car up.

well, here we are and im here to raise hell

I recently had a horrible experience with Allstate and came here to see if I was the only one. I realized I'm not alone. Never again!

A Frustrating Saga of Delayed Documents and Disappointing Service

I've been with Allstate for quite some time now, and initially, I was a big fan. But lately, it's been a bit of a headache. You know those times when you need paperwork done ASAP, like sorting out insurance for a new vehicle or proving your coverage for a rental place? Well, with Allstate, be prepared to wait. And wait some more. They promise 24-48 hours, but it feels like forever.

And here's the kicker: even after waiting patiently, sometimes the docs don't show up. You end up having to chase them down, only to find out there was some hiccup – maybe the agent goofed up the request or you missed a signature box. So, you fix it, and guess what? The clock resets.

Plus, let's talk about their prices. Not exactly budget-friendly compared to other options out there.

So, long story short, Allstate's slow service and higher rates have got me rethinking things. Unless they step up their game, I might have to start looking around for better deals.

Roadside assistant is non existant !!

Roadside assistance sucks so bad !!! a robot answers the phone, gives you the run around, only to hang up on you at the end if you push the button to speak with a human. Use the app for faster service, it says. Great, and what if I'm stuck off the side of the road of a freeway where there is no internet service ? It's so ridiculous

Allstate Auto Insurance

I should not have to pay more than 90 or above 125 per month for auto insurance. I am 45 years old, I have been with Allstate Auto insurance for years. Safe driving no violations I Never had an accident and my monthly insurance is well above what others pay for auto insurance. Instead of getting the bonus I have to pay monthly fee of $141 per month more than what is expected for basic insurance. Allstate is a scam.

Allstate has gone downhill

Allstate has gone downhill. Fast. After posting a net loss of $310 million dollars at the end of 2022. Allstate has resorted to scamming its customers out of their hard earned money to increase profits. Because my wife chose to pay our policy with her debit card and did not use the “ez pay” system. They claim that we owe them for half the policy upfront even though we are attempting to cancel our policy and move on with a reputable insurance company. They claim the only way to make that happen is by calling up the day that the policy renews and canceling that day otherwise they will not prorate us for any overpaid coverage, which is something I’ve never even heard before from a car insurance company! ZERO STARS

Worst insurance company

Worst insurance company, I've ever dealt with. The fees and extra charges, is robbery. Unfortunately greed runs Allstate, not customer service. Only been a customer for a few months and I'm already, tired of this company.

Received a call from an allstate agent…

Received a call from an allstate agent soliciting my service. As I was telling him, nicely, to remove me from the call log because I am happy with my current services, he hung up on me.
This is a horrible representation of allstate and you should know that you have rude employees making calls on behalf of your company.

We have been with AllState over 30 + years ! We have never been late with a payment ! They are now refusing to cover our roof after 60 mph winds blew the shingles off the front.
Why can’t companies just be honest? Extremely disappointed ! If you have insurance with them CANCEL it now before it is too late !

Michael Boss represents your company so well.

Michael Boss represents your company so well. He is a keeper, so fast and responsive and does what he says he is going to do. Even stays on the line to ensure you received what you needed. He helped me with my last few transactions of adding a vehicle and I reached out about a billing question as I had wanted to pay a lump sum and even though not something he is responsible for he called me to help me through it and gave me all of the details of what to do and how to do it. He goes above and beyond and would make me want to stay with Allstate because of him,

Stay away from Allstate Insurance companies.

We have been with Allstate since around 2019 with our cars, house, and golf cart and we even had an umbrella policy and always used autopay and never missed a payment. The rates kept going up so we started looking around and found a company where the auto insurance for both cars was $1200.00 cheaper per year with the same coverage. We also found homeowners $1300.00 cheaper per year. We cancelled and went with another company. I cancelled on the 15th because that’s when it comes out of our account monthly. Now they want me to pay $200.00 for the 2 days. When I talked with customer service at the office and sent an email they didn’t even have the courtesy to say anything about me cancelling 2 days late. I’m in customer service and if one of my customers notify me when they are paying and if it involved a penalty I always made sure the customer was aware of it. On my home owners I had to email and call when it didn’t get cancelled because of an internal error. I didn’t say anything because errors happen. Now they are sending me to collections for $200.00 because I cancelled 2 days after the due date. I’m willing to pay for the 2 days but not the $200 nor the $145 they want to settle. This company is in Surfside, stay away and always check prices with other companies if you do decide to go with Allstate. As you can see they will rip you off in more ways than one. I am very disappointed with all the over priced fees I paid them over the years that they would do this to a good customer.

Absolutely Despicable Company

I had to replace a phone through a company that is an "Allstate Company," so I knew I was already in trouble. Sure enough, the horror stories from people I know personally are true. I'd rather cut off one of my own index fingers than use or trust Allstate to do anything they're supposed to or ever buy a policy from them. Good luck getting them to pay what you pay them for, and you would probably just be better off getting a lawyer the moment you have to call this any Allstate company.

Worst company I have done business…

Worst company I have done business with! After 23 years of paying homeowners insurance to Allstate, never missing a payment and never making a claim, they dropped our coverage without explanation and leaving us scrambling to find an alternative. They are an unethical, self-serving company who has no loyalty or ethics when it comes to the customer. Beware of relying on them to have your back. Go elsewhere if you can.

Run don't walk

Run. Don't walk. Your insurance agent from El Paso (Manchuca) will raise your rates every chance she gets. You will get 60 different stories from 50 different call center "agents". Adjuster Stacey Holt could not be bothered to take down a phone call. I am not at fault and they will drag their feet just as other insurance company does. You will end up getting an attorney and contacting State Board of Insurance and the Attorney General
