911 Appliance Services contacted me within minutes of posting my request to fix my broken refrigerator - the freezer would no long defrost. They were able to schedule an appointment at my home within 2 hours of my post. Paul arrived at the appointed time - he was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and had the right replacement part in his truck. He finished the work and cleaned up. He even tightened and realigned the both doors. All together he was in and out in about an hour. Price quoted was certainly reasonable. I have added 911 Appliance Services to my list of "Go To" repair businesses. I am very happy I chose 911 Appliance Services.

Tech was responsive and able to identify issue that I was facing with my Samsung washer. Prompt and timely service. A little on the expensive side but got the issue fixed.

Spent a year plus and still have problems. Over charges and doesn't fix root cause. I didn't use 911 for my recent issues as I found a competent professional that fixed the problem with no drama.

My advice is don't wait for the person from this poor company to learn on the job at my expense.

Go with experts not people learning the trade who charge 5-10x the actual cost.

Our Kenmore Elite refrigerator bought from Sears 5 years ago stopped cooling. Sears Services offered the closest technician appointment in 2 weeks.
I found 911 Appliances Services on Yelp, asked for estimate and received an appointment in 2 hours, diagnostic, detailed explanation of issues, a compressor replacement in the same day.

I had Paul work on my 13 year old Whirlpool Duet dryer. He was able to find a part for it, which is no longer made. We were able to replace the broken piece and it ran beautifully. He did such a good job of it that when the washer went out, I called him back. He came back once again, and we were able to fix the washer. both appliances are running like new! Paul is polite, helpful, and super nice. I highly recommend their services.
