I just returned from a short trip out of OAK and as usual wanted to avoid the airport's long term parking lots. I found this lot via longtermparking.com and was able to get a coupon from them to make parking at this lot even cheaper. The shuttle driver picked me up at my car and had me quickly to my terminal. No cruising a giant lot and stopping every 25 yards to pick people up. On the way back, the driver loaded my suitcases in the car which was extremely cool. Will never use the airport's parking lots again!

Very convenient to OAK. When we arrived, we were greeted, told where to park and the shuttle followed us and picked us up and immediately drove us to the airport. On the return trip, we had a similarly great experience. The shuttle was immediately available and took us to our car. The driver help us load our bags into the car and made suggestions on how to avoid car break-in, if we chose to eat close by. Our reserved parking worked great and the price was right!

After trying several other companies and having either either passable or poor experiences, I have finally found my go-to airport parking site (at OAK): Airpark. When we arrived on our departure date, a van showed up within minutes and drove up to where we were getting our luggage out of our car. The driver didn't make us schlep our bags to a kiosk. Loved that! The van driver was courteous and helpful. On our return, we only had a short wait until a van picked us up at the airport and again dropped us off right at our parking spot. Wow!!
Additionally, we had an issue with our QR code on the app. I was able to call customer service--a live person answered and expertly and quickly solved my problem.
An A+ experience. I'll be using Airpark any time I am flying out of Oakland from now on.

I always fly out of OAK and I used to park at FastTrack parking lot until they got bought out by Expresso Parking. So just as of recently I started parking at AirPark because their rates were more reasonable and their parking lot is much better maintained.

The staff at AirPark is always super friendly and helpful which I can really appreciate. They do sell out so if you plan to park make sure you make a reservation before hand. Their lost is secure from what I can tell and it's located super close to OAK, maybe a 3 minute drive at most.

Made reservations ahead of time. There were little to no instructions when you arrive at the gate. I didn't know whether or not to grab a ticket so I did anyways. When I entered the gate, the attendant came out and basically told me to park anywhere I see a vacant spot. The spaces are very tight like packed sardines. The shuttle seems to run every few minutes because we saw one while parking and several others ready when we walked to the gate. Pick-up and drop-off to/from airport was a piece of cake.

If you have a reservation, just scan your barcode from the confirmation. No need to grab a ticket. I was 30-40mins late to picking up my car because my flight was delayed and they didn't charge extra. It is very close to OAK - less than 5mins.

I can't reccomend Airpark Oakland enough. We've now parked here 3 times on short and long trips, often paying in advance and adjusting our reservation after-the-fact. Each time, Airpark has been really accomodating and friendly with our price adjustments.

Everytime we drop-off at Airpark, the van is right there waiting, ready to drive us to the terminal. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Everytime we land at OAK, the Airpark vehicle is just a minute or two away from the pickup curb (4F) at OAK. We have called when we land, but they're often already on their way! Lastly, we always feel confident our car(s) are safe and untouched. The attendants do not move cars and all are parked with good space in between. When we drive our big truck, they usually put us in a larger space, at no additional cost.

I don't think we'll ever park elsewhere near OAK as Airpark is truly the best access, service, and speed of any parking we've tried near OAK.

Seems like the cheapest place with acceptable quality. We found it for $12.5/day (including all taxes) via SpotHero, which compares to $18/day for OAK long term parking. Plus, OAK long term parking involves some walking which isn't ideal with big luggage.

Shuttle was right there on the way to the airport, and on the way back to the lot. That's a big positive as sometimes cheap places are spotty with shuttles.

The lot does get full causing vehicles to be double parked, so you should factor in extra time for busy days.

It has been a long time since I parked my car at an offsite parking lot near the Oakland airport so I didn't realize how much things have changed over the years. There used to be several businesses to pick from and you used to be able to show up and park. There now only seems to be four businesses and the reviews on Yelp for some of them are so bad that I considered paying more and parking at the airport than risk parking my car at some of these lots. I don't know if the scarcity of the offsite lots is the result of the decline in travel last year from the pandemic or if it's due to many travelers opting to use Uber and Lyft to get to/from the airport. Maybe it's a combo of both.

After looking through the reviews on Yelp and finding out that my first choice was already fully booked, I decided to give Airpark a try. I called Airpark to find out what the current procedures are to park at their lot and had no difficulty getting in touch with someone. The person that I spoke with was polite and informative. He told me that I needed to book a reservation online and gave me a few sites I could book through. I ended up making my reservation directly through Airpark's website. I had to indicate when I planned to arrive at the lot and when I anticipated leaving it. I had the option to prepay for a lower price or pay onsite for several dollars more. I opted to prepay. Soon after making my reservation, I received an email with the reservation details.

You don't need to grab a ticket from the kiosk when you arrive to park your vehicle. An attendant will come to your car and will ask to see your reservation. I was pleased to see that the attendant was wearing a mask since we are still in the midst of the pandemic. I recommend printing out your reservation so you can hand it to the attendant rather than having to step out of your car to scan the barcode or give your phone to the attendant to scan.

The attendant told me in which rows there were spots to park. Be warned that the spots are narrow and there isn't a lot of room in the rows to maneuver your car. I would leave big SUVs at home and take a smaller car to this lot.

Soon after I parked, a shuttle came into the lot and picked us up by our car. The driver gave us a business card. Note.... Before you leave your car, make mental note of the spot number you're in. It will make it easier for when you return. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the OAK curb for offsite shuttles and instructed us that this was the same spot for our return pick up.

We lucked out when we came back to OAK. There was an Airpark shuttle already at the curb so we didn't have to call to request a shuttle and wait. It turned out another customer had already called and we just happened to be there at the same time.

The driver asked as we pulled into the lot where we were parked and I gave him the spot number. He drove us right to our car.

As I was exiting the lot, I had to show an attendant my parking reservation. He scanned it to verify what I had prepaid and I was on my way. I didn't have to pay any additional fees. I did notice that the staff working inside of the attendants' area were not wearing masks. The attendant that came to the window did, however, mask up before helping me.

All in all, my experience at Airpark was problem free and worthy of 5 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to park at this lot in the future.

As I was taking my luggage out of trunk a nice gentleman came and loaded into the shuttle. Coming back from airport same excellent customer service. Best experience ever!! I highly recommend Airpark. I'll be using them each time I fly out of OAK.

Quick and easy process. I made a reservation on their web site the night prior but was never asked about it when I checked in. Upon entering the lot, you push a button to get a ticket, the attendant will then tell you which row to park in. The shuttle, if around, will follow and wait for you.

Website lists $10.50/day but I was able to generate a coupon on their site for $8.50. They never updated the image so the coupon shows an expiration date of 2012. The attendant still honored it and said she'd alert management to fix the date.

At OAK airport, their shuttle picks up at 4E. Shuttles were coming every 4-5 minutes.

Don't forget to ask for a frequent parker membership card. Every five days gives you a free day!

The rows were a bit tight but the spaces were fine. My car was pretty dusty after 6 days but that's expected in an outdoor lot.

I will use this lot again the next time I travel out of OAK.

I'm a frequent traveler points "whore" and when I fly out of OAK, you'll usually find my car at Park 'N Fly and my butt in a Southwest Airlines seat. And now that Des Moines will soon be a Southwest City (courtesy of the the AirTran merger) watch out!

During my recent trip to Portland, LivingSocial offered a deal at Airpark and since it was only an overnight trip, why not? It also turns out that Airpark and Park 'N Fly are right across the street from each other, so distance traveled is about the same.

The only negative with my experience is that the driver didn't hand me a card with my space number on it. That resulted in a short walking search for my car when I returned. Otherwise, I was whisked to the Terminal quickly, the Van was there when I returned, the drivers were pleasant and helpful, the 2nd day parking charge was reasonable, and the cashier processed me out with a smile. This turned out to be a good deal all around.
