My stay at AirPark was from 10/26/14 to 10/28/14

I had a reservation here but I had made it so long ago that I forgot to tell the teller at the window when I arrived. This turned out to be a non-issue because there were plenty of spots available. I parked and within 5 minutes a shuttle arrived by my slot. It was my first time traveling with my infant daughter and her cumbersome convertible car seat and I was struggling to pack the car seat in its travel case while wearing my daughter in a carrier on my chest. Jason (the driver) walked over and loaded up my luggage and then very kindly offered to help me pack the car seat. It took us both several minutes and some creativity to pack up this darn seat! The whole time, Jason was calm, patient and polite. I can't thank you enough for your help!

Being a former military family, we have travelled a lot over the years and this was the best long term parking experience that I have had. In addition to Jason's above-and-beyond service, the tellers were friendly and quick, the lot was well lit and felt safe, it only took a few minutes to arrive at the terminal, and the rates are reasonable. I will be using AirPark again! I hope that Jason is recognized for his efforts. Keep up the great work!

I've never parked at the airport before so I shopped around and found this to be the best value. After taxes & fees, I paid $48 for three full days. They have coupons/discounts available on the site which I unfortunately overlooked for my reservation. It's safer to book online beforehand incase the lot sells out.
I received an email with a barcode which you'll need to scan at the gate in order to get in/out of the lot. From there, the worker directed us to which row to park in and we waited a brief moment for the shuttle to pick us up. They made a quick round to pick up others from their car so they didn't have to walk which I thought was nice. It's a quick ride 3 minute to the airport.
The lot is monitored and gated, but as always, just don't leave valuables in your car to be safe as break ins in the surrounding area are very common (the Starbucks next door is targeted often, so just don't leave your car unattended with luggage if you decide to stop there!)
When we arrived back from our trip, we were nervous since the number we were supposed to call for pickup had a busy line, but we knew shuttles made rounds every 10 minutes, and sure enough, we had a shuttle ride back shortly after waiting in the courtesy shuttle area. It's a longer 5 minute drive back to the lot. Overall, great experience with the friendly staff, drivers, and convenience of this lot!

After trying several other companies and having either either passable or poor experiences, I have finally found my go-to airport parking site (at OAK): Airpark. When we arrived on our departure date, a van showed up within minutes and drove up to where we were getting our luggage out of our car. The driver didn't make us schlep our bags to a kiosk. Loved that! The van driver was courteous and helpful. On our return, we only had a short wait until a van picked us up at the airport and again dropped us off right at our parking spot. Wow!!
Additionally, we had an issue with our QR code on the app. I was able to call customer service--a live person answered and expertly and quickly solved my problem.
An A+ experience. I'll be using Airpark any time I am flying out of Oakland from now on.

Before a recent jaunt to Hawaii I was making myself crazy trying to figure out the best and most economic place to leave my car. I must've had 5 windows open, comparing prices and reviews and God-knows-what before realizing my time was worth something. I chose Airpark, paying $81.47 in advance via Spothero to reserve 8-9 days of parking.

All I really want out of an airport parking lot service is this:

* The place should be easy to find;
* My car should be kept safe;
* I should feel safe when entering and exiting my car;
* It should be close to the airport;
* The van to the airport should arrive quickly;
* The drive between parking lot and airport should be safe; and
* The van back from the airport should arrive quickly, hopefully with no call required (no call is required with Airpark).

I'd also like the price to be reasonable. It turns out that I actually want quite a lot out of an airport parking lot service.

Airpark met every single one of my requirements and, as a plus, the drivers to and from the airport were very courteous and helpful with my luggage.

This is a no-brainer. Next time I won't waste my time trying to find a deal. If you need long-term parking near Oakland Airport, Airpark is the best deal one could hope to find.

Easy in & out. The staff & shuttle driver was very courteous. They moved the shuttle close to my car and even helped me with my luggage. Redeemed my Groupon voucher without any issue and extra point for having special section for hybrid/ev right at the front! Highly recommended!

Typically use other Oakland airport shuttle companies but found a deal and decided to give it a try. Landed at 12:30 am and every other shuttle company came and went to see if they had arrivals. Finally gave the company a call about 20 min in for pickup. Took another 20 min for the driver to show up.

The driver didn't even offer to help with our luggage. Definitely will be using another shuttle service in the future that's more reliable and timely.

It was my first time using an off-site airport parking lot and I've got to say I was very impressed with my whole experience here. Normally I would Uber to the airport and because I live a bit ways out from Oakland airport it can easily cost up to $30-40 per one way trip. The online booking was super easy and straightforward and the prices were at a reasonable price. My total for all 3 nights was only a little less than $30 (which beats a $70-80 Uber ride).

I got to the parking lot and pressed for a ticket and then was instructed to park anywhere. The employees actually pay attention to where you park and come around to pick you up and to help you with your luggage. I did not expect to get picked up at my parking location but I actually really appreciated that they did because it was raining hard that night. On the shuttle, they also project all the flights on a screen so you can see if your flight is delayed or on time.

Upon returning, I didn't even have to wait at all. In fact, just as I got to the pick up spot the shuttle was already pulled away from the curb and was waiting at the light ready to drive back to the parking lot. The driver saw that I was eyeing their shuttle and pulled over again just to let me on. When they get to the parking lot, they drop you off at your car also so you don't have to walk.

Im actually surprised everything went so smoothly and their service was just amazing! Will definitely use them again.

As I was taking my luggage out of trunk a nice gentleman came and loaded into the shuttle. Coming back from airport same excellent customer service. Best experience ever!! I highly recommend Airpark. I'll be using them each time I fly out of OAK.

This place is great. You drive in, get a ticket from the machine, park and they immediately take you to the airport. It's less than half the cost of parking at the airport. When you return and you're ready to go back to get your car you call them as you're getting your luggage and they're out there ready to drive you back to the parking lot. They drop you off right at your car. It couldn't be any easier. We will definitely use this lot again. Wish we found it sooner.

Pretty disappointed with this place. You have to be white and male in order to get any recognition. I witnessed the driver completely ignore me and help the only other person on that bus which was white and male get help with his luggage while he just stood there and did not help me with mine. While I was trying to find my car he got short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. So I finally just said never mind I'll just get off here and find my car. I am never going to park here again.

I used Airpark for the first time a few weeks ago after the parking facility I have used in the past moved to a new location. Reviews for the new location were rather unfavorable so I decided to try Airpark based on their good reviews. Our main concern was our late arrival at Oakland Airport after midnight. The other garage stops shuttle service at midnight while Airpark has 24 hour shuttle service. I did not want to be standing around Oakland Airport at 1:00am with no way to get to my car. I reserved a spot and arrived at the lot, scanned my barcode and pulled right in. They do get very busy so a reservation is strongly suggested or you may not get in. The attendant immediately directed my to an open spot. As soon as I pulled in and parked a shuttle pulled right up to our car and the driver help us with our luggage and we were on the way to the terminal. About a week later we arrived back in Oakland and walked out the the shuttle pick up area at 12:30am and a shuttle pulled up within a minute(good timing?). That driver also took us directly to our car and helped us with our luggage, no walking all over the lot with your luggage looking for you car in the dark at 1 in the morning. We paid for our parking and pulled out less than 10 minutes after pulling in the lot on the shuttle. We will be using Airpark again.
