Airport Commuter San Francisco Limo and Black Car Service

Horrible, unethical company. DO NOT USE FOR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR WEDDING

I got married at Stanford and made a reservation for the 1971 Rolls Royce. We had to head to the church earlier than I had arranged for the car to pick us up (to meet the photographer and take pictures), so friends of ours who were helping us out rode over in the 71 Rolls. They noticed a burnt rubber smell and one of them saw that the car was smoking. They informed us of this when they arrived at the church. Of course I am so happy to hear this in the middle of our wedding. The offer to send a "cheaper" model than what I had arranged for as a replacement. An ethical company with good business practices would offer something better for the same price. We tell them to send the 57 Rolls, which is a more expensive model.

Meanwhile, we have a limited amount of time to take pictures, so we take pictures in the idle 1971 Rolls. After we get out, the driver is trying to start the car, and it won't start. We are inside the church and hear a loud explosion sound...the car has backfired and a huge plume of smoke comes out of the back...for those of you following along at home that means they sent us a car for our wedding that, according to multiple witnesses, was stalling, smoking and backfiring. The other car arrives (and it was beautiful) and we go along our way..with Airport Commuter promising that they will make everything right

Well, their idea of making everything right was to charge me for BOTH cars (including the stalling, smoking, backfiring 1st car). Then lying, lowlife CEO Charles says that all of us made the whole thing up..that there was nothing wrong with the first car. Again...multiple witnesses saw everything that happened with the first car. And of course I have time in the middle of my wedding to pretend that something is wrong with the first car so that I could get a second car. His idea of making things right is to give me a "discount" for the rental of the first car that was a piece of junk.

I tried to handle this dispute through Discover (another bad review is owed for them) but their "dispute resolution process" is a joke and pretty much involves folding as soon as the vendor issues a rebuttal. They told me they believed my side of the story but can't get into a he said/he said so I should take the issue up in small claims court. The amount of money at stake isn't worth that, but I hate on principal that I had to pay for the first car.

Believe ALL the bad reviews you read here...and just stay away from these people

I have used San Francisco Airport Commuter for maybe 15 years now, I was in a career that led to travelling a lot and I keep using them now as I retired. I have always had dependable service and very professional drivers. The only knock I have is I live one house from a city boarder that is farther away and I get charged for that city because of my zip code.....
I try to explain a few times to Charles but I could not get anywhere.
But overall, he and the drivers are quite steady....

I always use this limo service to fly out of SFO. They are super reliable, efficient, clean, convenient and comfortable.

Flew in for a few days for a meeting and arranged to have a driver in the Maybach.

Let me say. The experiences was impeccable. They had a charger ready because I came unprepared and let me keep it. They took care of me and everything I needed todo.

Not sure who helped me on the phone but was very nice and very helpful.

They give you a quote then they change the price at will. Super confusing person on the other end of the line, cant find emails etc.

Always on time. Cars are clean. Never late for a flight.

I am shocked at how bad this company was for my bachlorette last weekend. Fortunately I have rad friends so I was able to overlook this, but not enough that I'm going to keep it from yelp.

1. At the time of our reservation they had not showed up or called. We had to call them. They told us they were on 3rd and Market (we were right on union square at my maid of honor's hotel). So we opted to be ready on the curb for them. 10 minutes go by. No call.

2. We call them again. Now they are on Mission (clearly going the opposite way). They mention something about traffic.

3. A parade goes by. You know, if I ran a transportation company I would be a little more apprised of the events going on in a major area of the city. So they went right thru the parade, having to sit in traffic until it was over.

4. It was now 12:45 (we were supposed to be picked up at 12:15 and had a 1pm reservation for pole dancing). We had also been standing on the corner since 12:10. We called them again.

5. They said to wait on the corner, but then changed their minds to say the corner of powell and sutter. They also got lost again. We walked over a block in order to accomodate them.

6. The limo pulls up and we pile in. The driver doesn't say hello, or apologize for being late. He doesn't tell us his name or say congratulations to the girl in the veil. He's nothing like all the fab limo drivers i'm used to.

7. We can't get the air to turn on and his advice is: "the controls are back there" no futher help is offered. But he does tell us there is ice somewhere. We asked his name. I think it was Mike.

8. After our lesson my friend suggests a nearby bar and directs him to the freeway. He then takes the wrong exit forcing us to waste a ton of time driving around somewhere like campbell when we were right next to the place originally. Afterward he doesn't wish us well or anything.

I would never use this company again.

I don't know if they come to SF but Beau Tours is fabulous as is White Gloves Limo which does come here.

I've been using Airport Commuter for almost 3 years now. They've been amazing especially with my early morning trips. Drivers are always on time and they are professional unlike other companies. Their rates are competitive and I like that they are upfront and have no hidden fees. I always book their executive sedan but I had a wedding for a friend just recently and I was impressed by their Mercedes Maybach. It was very luxurious and the they truly offer a white gloves service. Kudos to your team :)

So I have never explored the city and was looking for a limo company to show me around in style. So I googled a company and this one came out. So i book the reservation great! The guy on the phone Feras was very very kind and helped me out with every thing.

Ok so the on the day of the tour the limo was waiting 20 minutes early. Great! And was packed with ice, soda, water, and he even brang us coffee!!! Wow I was taken back. So the driver shower tons of experience and knowledge of the city. We saw pier 39, union square. The castro district. I have to give jt to them it was amazing. I am honestly still in awe because I was taken back by how reasonable the price was.

In conclusion the service was great and I have nothing to complain about. If your new to the city this definitely should be your only option.

As always, my last trip was a great experience. Airport Commuter always delivers me on time and is waiting for me on my return home. They are convenient, friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced for their service. I have used them for years and I will continue to use them as long as they meet those expectation.
