Great taxi cab service. Very professional, courteous and on time. The car was very clean and AJ was extremely nice to talk to. Very entertaining person who had a lot of great stories to tell. I'm the kind of person who loves a great talk during cab rides so this worked out great for me. His car seat was in good condition as I needed one for my toddler. He is priced very reasonably. I hired his services on my way back from the airport as well post my trip and he waited patiently for about 30-45 minutes without complaining and greeted us with a smile. These small things matter. Both cars were nicely maintained and AJ is available via text at any hour and is prompt with his responses and confirmation. Would definitely recommend him for folks looking for a great service!

I've used AJ taxi service to and from San Jose to SFO for several family trips already. We have 2 kids that need booster and an infant car seat and AJ has always provided clean and safe car seats for my kids. We bring 2 large luggages and 2 carry on and fit comfortably in his transport van.

AJ came out on a holiday to pick us up from SJC when we were traveling with a young child and needing a car seat. AJ is friendly and dependable. We will definitely use their service again.

I was very pleased with the service. Despite having lots of luggage and two kids needing car seats, the ride to the airport was smooth and comfortable. I found the service to be both reliable and stress free.

AJ took me from San Jose to SFO and was prompt, friendly, helped with my bag, and drove safely and efficiently. He was interesting to talk to. I believe he has established a following of loyal clientele because during our trip he got many requests for pick up and to arrange for day trips such as to Yosemite. That says a lot for his service. We hired AJ to drop us off at SFO and pick us back up after our trip. I must say, this was by far the best door-to-door taxi service we've ever encountered! AJ was punctual, polite, funny, talkative, and made sure we were safely ferried door-to-door. He assisted with loading our luggage into his van and made sure all our luggage were back in our homes before he left our house. We have 3 kids, and he brought 2 infant car seats and a child booster. His minivan was clean and well kept. 10/10 will use AJ again for all our family trips going forward.

I tried booking with this company twice and the first time, they weren't able to pick me up from San Jose airport (my request was after 12am and fairly short notice so understandable and appreciated that they emailed me back to let me know they wouldn't be able to fulfill request.

My flight out was departing from San Fran airport and I was on a pretty tight schedule with a training in San Jose so tried A.J's again for a pick-up (vs. me having to call a cab and wait). Jim, my driver was excellent at communicating both via email and trying by phone, too to ensure that I still needed a ride, time and location and he came even more than 5 min. from the agreed time. The van is unmarked (saw the email after ride saying exactly where he was and photo) but had no issue finding it. It was very clean and spacious and they even have a baby carrier for those who need it and free water.

Jim was really easy to talk to and provides great insights from a local's perspective and he pointed out some sites of interest. Impressive that he didn't use GPS -- shows that he knows the Bay area really well and has really good navigational skills.

Not sure if the cost might be pricier than other taxis (half hr from where I live in Canada is half the price for 35-40 min. ride to airport), but still really appreciated the smooth, comfy ride that got me to my destination in good time and friendly service.

I was in search of an airport transport service that had a car seat. It was very easy to communicate with Jim via text to arrange pick up and drop off to SJC. He arrived early on the day of the flight. This was helpful because loading a toddler and luggage takes some time. The car seat was clean and great for my toddler. The ride to the airport was comfortable and smooth. Airport pick up was also very easy. I was able to text him when I landed and coordinated a pick up place. The whole experience was really easy and convenient. I'll definitely be using AJ Taxi Services again!
