AJ is highly recommended, It was our first time using his services and were worried making our early flight and on time.

He arrived as we discussed on the phone and on time; we needed to be picked up early in the morning at 5:30 AM. His van was clean, he is very friendly and helped up with the Luggage.

On the way back home, I forgot to call AJ in advance even though I called him as soon as we landed at San Jose Airport. He was at the gate waiting as soon as we retrieved our luggage.

In the future I will always use AJ's taxi services

I tried booking with this company twice and the first time, they weren't able to pick me up from San Jose airport (my request was after 12am and fairly short notice so understandable and appreciated that they emailed me back to let me know they wouldn't be able to fulfill request.

My flight out was departing from San Fran airport and I was on a pretty tight schedule with a training in San Jose so tried A.J's again for a pick-up (vs. me having to call a cab and wait). Jim, my driver was excellent at communicating both via email and trying by phone, too to ensure that I still needed a ride, time and location and he came even more than 5 min. from the agreed time. The van is unmarked (saw the email after ride saying exactly where he was and photo) but had no issue finding it. It was very clean and spacious and they even have a baby carrier for those who need it and free water.

Jim was really easy to talk to and provides great insights from a local's perspective and he pointed out some sites of interest. Impressive that he didn't use GPS -- shows that he knows the Bay area really well and has really good navigational skills.

Not sure if the cost might be pricier than other taxis (half hr from where I live in Canada is half the price for 35-40 min. ride to airport), but still really appreciated the smooth, comfy ride that got me to my destination in good time and friendly service.

What kind of business owner gives you his phone number to call in case your driver fails to show up at the airport at midnight? The kind that demonstrates care for his customers in every way. Our first experience with AJ Taxi Service involved six people with carry-on luggage who needed a ride to and from San Jose Airport. After exploring options, I booked AJ for our ride to the airport because he was the most affordable. But he ceases to operate at 10:30 p.m., so I had to find someone else. I could not, for anything close to a reasonable charge, so I called AJ back to see if he knew of anyone. Instead, HE provided the service! Both drivers were actually early, were pleasant and competent. AJ was involved in the entire process both ways. Cannot say enough good things. He's our go-to guy from now on!

It was Quick and easy to book with AJ. service. We booked AJ to take three people with luggage from San Jose Airport to a Los Gatos conference centre. Midway through the first trip, we booked our return trip with AJ and could not have been happier with the experience. My husband and I use AJ Taxi service frequently and they are great! All the drivers are very polite and professional, are always on time and will advise us if there is construction going on at the airport that might cause a delay (San Jose Airport was doing work last October)
They also contact us the night before our flight to confirm.

When traveling with my family I want to hire a service for our San Jose airport ride vs. Uber. AJ was fantastic, is licensed by the SJ police department with background check. It is WORTH it to pay $5-10 more than a ride share for safety. He was early to our home, so friendly. I've used his brothers service also for years. Ethical and honest family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. AJ is the best! He was on time (early, actually), was very helpful with what type of vehicle we needed, and was very familiar with San Jose Airport (and SFO even more recently), which always helps streamline the process. The car was clean and he was very friendly. This wasn't our first time using his service (this review is long overdue), and he has always been very reliable. Highly recommend!

AJ's is definitely my go-to taxi service to San Jose Airport and our post-trip ride home. I am a return customer. AJ responds to texts / emails immediately and arrives on time. He also provided us with a baby rear-facing car seat. This is a friendly & reliable service.

Just landed to San Jose airport and AJ was already waiting for us before we got out. As soon as he saw me and my 3 year old son. he was very helpful putting stroller on the back of the car and helping me with my son on car seat. Is an amazing service specially since he provides any type of car seats for any age of child.
