Clean and secure facility, with really outstanding managers. Friendly, helpful- they go well above and beyond "just" a self storage place.

Front desk is always friendly and helpful. They are courteous and respectful to everyone. They act with a sense of urgency for you. They answer all questions patiently and thoroughly.

100% recommend.

If you have to store stuff, great place to do it. Family run. Clean, safe, highly recommend.

Lonny is the BEST. I came here for a 24/7 U-Haul pick-up. There was some confusion with the check-in time but thankfully Lonny opened up shop when we arrived and walked us through the process with patience, positivity, and amazing service, all with such a fun attitude at 9AM on a Saturday. A regular renter came in at the same time as us and you could tell that Lonny has great rapport with his customers. I don't have need for a storage unit at the moment, but when I do and if I'm still in the area, I'd come here, just for Lonny!

All-Safe Storage is all safe! Had my items there for two years (Dec 2020-April 2023) without any incidents.....even through the rainiest season in many years. Lynn & Loonie are the sweetest most responsive professionals and totally would use them again if needed.

This awesome husband and wife team took really great care of myself and my Dad trying to get his personal belongings into a new storage unit while I'm 400 miles away. I really appreciate it!

Stored my stuff here for almost 3 years. Safe location, always had access. Was scared with flooding the last couple years but no issues!

The couple who manage the business are absolutely wonderful. Not just helpful and efficient but extremely nice and friendly. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

why are all the "great" reviews on here for Allsafe after an obviously sincere, bad review? It smells fishy to me! If you get more than three reviews that the people are jerks and can't be trusted, you can usually trust it's not one lone nut job. also notice the response to the negative reviews do not explain this behavior logically, or they ignore the review then another " review" claims the bad review was a crazy person? I was told my lockers were broken into but nothing was stolen "they said!" They know from the security video !!! Please tell me how I'm going to believe this or how I can verify when it was clear my lockers were jam packed and there Was no way to know or prove it! Even if nothing was stolen there was no apology no discount, they put on new locks and they didn't inform me until I went in to get something. Apparently the other lockers had nothing taken as well! Pickiest methhead storage- burglars in existence!!! ( funny how burglars knew what lockers were filled with antiques and entire possession of our homes!!!! Inside job would explain why I wasn't shown footage of intruder or given info on how they entered or got out and was not given a police report number, they didn't bother filing one? Yeah right! I swear is it just me or is there just something shady about old school storage managers ??? I'm in need of a storage now and would like a inexpensive but trustworthy option! I'm not a snob but I've never been so insulted in my life! I trusted these people with my personal and valuable objects !!! Lesson here : read between the "good" reviews. No one is so hated and so loved at once except maybe politicians!

The people who run this storage place are quite possibly the most friendly people I have ever met. They are so welcoming and helpful. They know my name and greet me by it every time they see me. I'm always happy leaving...and it's just a storage unit!

I would recommend Allsafe Alameda to anyone. Very reasonably priced and excellent service.

Just had my rent increased by $12.00 per month, and I stop by my unit and see the storage company now puts stickers on renters own locks! I dont know why the new stickers?, dont put on unit A306! It messes up my property! I guess those stickers were paid by my rent increase! Faul! Go get your money back and give me a few dollars cheaper rent! It was and is a waste of good money!
Please dont put on my locks! A306!
