I took my DeLonghi Expresso coffee machine in for repair. Great service and price. Great value and one week service ok

I have used their services for maintaining a KitchenAid mixer and repairing a Nespresso machine. This time I needed an emergency repair on a severed pet feeding machine power cord, and they were here for me. Excellent service. Friendly people. Their services are reasonably priced.

Not satisfied with repair under their warranty. Took coffee machine back 2 days before their warranty expired. Still waiting after 2 months. Only get answering machine!

This shop did a warranty-covered fix of my Bissel steam cleaner after it stopped working. They called to let me know it was available to come pick up. I live 35-40 minutes away, in Palo Alto, but came here because it was the closest business that did repairs under warranty. I made the drive there on a Saturday morning to find that no one was there during their open hours. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes- no one. I've called about 10 times this week trying to find out when someone will be there next- no one ever picks up the phone.

So this place has my machine but I cannot retrieve it since they aren't open during posted business hours and no one will pick up my call.

I'm going to call Bissel and see if they can help me get my machine back.

Stay away unless you want to spend hours of your time driving back and forth trying to retrieve your belongings and trying to reach someone.

My KitchenAid stand mixer started making this horrible grinding sound. A search for KitchenAid service centers showed up Appliance Repair Express. I was initially a little apprehensive reading the other reviews. But I figured I'd give it a shot (especially since the alternative was to ship the very heavy mixer to KitchenAid in PA).

I'm here to tell you, they were fantastic! They told me I'd be contacted in a weeks time. Unfortunately this was around the week of Valentine's Day (cupcakes!!). I called and asked if they could rush it. Next day I get a call back saying the gears need replacing and it'll be ready for pickup the next day. Next day, my mixer is ready, it works flawlessly, and has been till today. I use my mixer a LOT! Including making pizza doughs, very stiff bagel doughs, frosting, etc. The mixer has been working perfectly without any issues. Thank you Appliance Repair Express!

I walked in with the base of my Sunbeam mixer in hopes of replacing its missing feet. They took it into the back room, hunted around for a bit, and put two new feet on that fit - and gave me two more, just in case. No charge, even though I offered to pay.

I was reluctant to take my coffee maker here for repair based on the reviews because customer service is important to me. But alas, it was the only place near me to repair my brand of coffee maker so I decided to give it a shot.

I will start by saying that they did a great job fixing my coffee maker and even repaired some things I didn't ask them to. They repaired what was broken and made sure it was in tip top working order. It's like I have a brand new coffee maker. They were straight up with me on the length of time it might take.

So why the one star off? The customer service isn't the best. The lady running the front wasn't the friendliest but hey, not everyone has a cheery disposition right? No one called me to tell me what the cost would be. I did have to call back twice before someone called back with the estimated price. And this was a week after they said they would have a chance to look at at it. *BUT* when they called back with the estimated price, they said it would be ready in just a day or two. YAY!

From my experience, they do great work but lack in customer service.

The repair to my Kitchen Aid stand mixer got it back running beautifully! Not great at call backs, but as long as they make the repairs, I could care less! Their repair "skill set" is the thing I go here for, not a "chit chat" - impeccable repairs at a very fair price!

This is the winner business to the worst business, extremely rude wife and husband rolling this place, they super charge for the minimum, they blocked your number so you don't have a way to talk to them, they claim to have Covid-19 so don't bother for 2 weeks, pieces are taking to long to be deliver all kind of lies this 2 persons say, is the worse experience ever with this 2 persons

I wish I could get this place a zero. The first time I had to take my carpet cleaner here because of warranty they never called me to let me know my carpet cleaner was ready for pick up. I let it slide. Lo and behold I had to go there again for another warranty issue on the carpet cleaner. I called them and left them two messages and they never called me back so I just showed up to drop it off since it is the closest a local service center. I asked if they could call me to give me an estimate on how long it would be I never heard from them. Call them and left them a voicemail to remind them that they were supposed to call me and again haven't heard back.
