My Viking freezer had a blockage in the drain which caused ice to form in the bottom and then leak water onto the kitchen floor. They had a technician (Sergey) come to my house the same day to make the repair. They said Sergey would text me 30 minutes prior to arrival, which he did. I must say how impressed i have been with their great service. They did everything they said they were going to do, and did a great job fixing the issue. Sergey not only did a great job, he showed up on time and was very professional. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend their service. I also want to add, out of the 3 estimates I got, BA was the best pricing for the repair. Thank you BA and Sergey!

Unfortunately the work performed to fix a defective filter which was causing water to flow into the freezer has failed after a couple of weeks. I have left 4 voicemails and sent 3 emails with them since July 22nd (today is Aug 2nd), and they have not responded at this time.
