Bay Area Town Car

If I could give negative stars I would. This bogus car service never picked us up. I had a bad feeling as minutes ticked by and called them to see where they were. The guy was confused, put me on hold (time ticking) to get back on laughing about their mistake citing they thought it was for the next day. Here we are heading to the airport for a 50th birthday trip and now we are starting the trip in a scramble. The laughing was absolutely unnecessary and not appreciated. Not funny buddy! We will NEVER NEVER EVER use this company again!

Bay Area Town Car drove my daughter to school for three consecutive years. They were kind they were conscientious and professional. I am grateful beyond belief for what they did for our family. We always knew that our daughter was safe and in good hands when she was with Bay Area Town Car. we will use them again when we need rides to the airport or tours because of their great work ethics.

Bay Area Town Car (not to be confused with Bay Area Town Cars) provides really great services! I have used this company for almost a decade. Whether for airport shuttle, wine tours, conferences, or events, their team has been responsive and flexible to all my needs. I've become very familiar with Nash and Angelo, who are very courteous, professional, and communicative (especially regarding flight delays, weather, or traffic). Yes, the come prepared! They are also always 5-10 minutes early upon pickup. I highly recommend using their services!

I want to say how appreciative I am to Bay Area Town Car!
I had planned to send a colleague to a meeting today! The meeting had been canceled due to the Santa Rosa Fire and I forgot to cancel the reservation! The driver showed up to the city to pick my colleague to the meeting and I had to call them and cancel. They were so understanding and kind! I was so sorry to do this to them at short notice! Thank you for understanding and I will use them often

Despite many flight delays beyond my control which resulted in my flight not arriving until after midnight my driver arrived curb-side in a timely manner and with a cheerful and positive attitude. That was nice after having spent hours in the airport followed by yet another hour sitting on the tarmac waiting for SFO to clear our flight.

My driver was pleasant, a safe driver, and provided bottled water and the use of his phone charger during the ride. Door-to-door service is definitely the way to go!

I'm sorry for writing this review so late.
I recently had surgery and couldn't drive. I had tickets to see Kenny Lattimore at Yoshi's SF. I Yelped and thank goodness found Bay Area Limousine. I called the day before the event and spoke to Nash. Very pleasant man who took all my information. I wanted my bestfriend and I to have a great time. We definitely did.

Our driver (I forgot his name, I feel bad) I think its Azir was very friendly. I told him of my situation and was easy on the bumps. He was very understanding.

Overall experience was great. I will definitely use them again.

We have been using the services of Nash and his team for many years. They have always been on time with cars that are in immaculate condition inside and out. Flexibility is something we value and Bay Area Town Car always delivers, even on holidays such as Thanksgiving (try getting a taxi or an Uber when you need it!!!). The drivers are professional and courteous, and will engage with you as much or as little as you like. We are so excited to learn that they are offering Napa Valley Wine Tours, too. I highly, highly recommend Nash and his team for your VIP car service needs. Can't wait to get back to the Bay Area.

I will definitely use this service again! Our flight was delayed and the company kept track of the flight so that he knew when we were arriving. He was at the airport in under 5 minutes from my call - and this was at 1:00 a.m.! The flight had been delayed over 2 hours. It was a 1 1/2 hour drive home and Nash was very pleasant, helpful, courteous and had water in the car for us. I am so very grateful for this company and their service and will use them again.

So good! Fast, affordable, reliable, always on time and friendly drivers. The cars are always immaculate. I use them for airport trips as well as a car service, and will continue to.

Nash in particular is always so helpful, and always manages to accommodate last minute requests.

A+, these guys are my go-to for getting to the airport. They're always early, very nice drivers, and the price with a tip is cheaper than a taxi to SFO. Highly recommended!
