My 19 year old Miele dishwasher had flashing lights at the end of the cycle. Rovshan quickly diagnosed the possible problems and gave all the options regarding possible fixes and costs. Based on all the information he gave me, I decided not to fix it (it was actually still running but w/o the boosted water temperature). He also gave me tips on cleaning it and the best replacement brands of dishwashers. I also had a ice maker that wasn't working properly, he diagnosed the problem and fixed. (It was iced up inside). Rovshan was very knowledgeable and personable. His charge for the service was reasonable. I would recommend Bay City for any appliance repairs.

Our oven broke two days before Thanksgiving - and we were hosting! I made a frantic call to BayCity and they offered to add us to their already busy schedule for the day. Nash arrived on time (with great communiction before the appointment). He explained the situation clearly and carefully and told us it was one of two issues with two different price points. Having been burned by repair people before, I assumed it would definitley be the higher price option, but was happily surprised that his diagnoisis was the easier and less expensive fix.

He did the repair right then and even took time to clean behind the oven while he had it out. (It has worked perfectly ever since).

I also let Nash know about an issue we have with our clothes washer. He gave me tips on how to take better care of it instead of spending money to fix it. That's pretty rare!

I had a great feeling before, during and after our experience with BayCity and would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

Very honest, knowledgeable fridge expert you can trust. He's not just recommending repairs but tells you the practicality of the repair and the odds of it fixing your problem. My samsung fridge isnt cooling due to widely known issue and Rovshan helped by giving me options to diagnose/repair/maintain. Highly recommend him.

Since I wrote my first review, we've had Nash over to fix several things, including our refrigerator whose compressor had gone out. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and ordered the new part. It took a while to get the part, but once it arrived, he got the fridge up and running incredibly fast. BayCity is our automatic go-to for appliance repairs!

Roshan was really helpful and knowledgeable when he helped me with my Viking stove. I will definitely be calling him again for any other appliance help.

Very responsive, tried to help me diagnose the problem on the phone , so I could maybe save time and money.

Had to come to to check , but I wasnt available, didnt complain at all, I offered to pay for the no show and asked to come again again a second time. Graciously sent Nash over and Nash took one look and figured out that these GE dishwashers all have circulation pump problems and they dont last more than 2 years especially with the hard water problems in this area. Suggested I get a new good dishwasher instead of wasting a grand trying to fix the GE one which was less than 2-3 years old.

Somehow our dishwasher slide track is broken, and I looked up a YouTube video how to fix it. That's beyond my DIY skill. I called BayCity, and Nash came in on time and quickly fixed it. Further he offered us some tips on how to take care of the dishwasher and also offered low cost parts if needed in the future. Nash is very handy and communicates very well. Great experience!
