Abbas responds quickly and was most patient as our group of 14 required several drop offs and there were numerous flight changes.
He wasn't the cheapest I'd looked into for airport transportation but who wants the cheapest, as "you get what you pay for"
I will certainly use Blue Shuttle again!

If you want speedy, no-nonsense transfers from SFO to the East Bay, Abbas is your guy!

We initially needed transport for 4 people, 8 large suitcases with additonal smaller carry-ons and a foldable wheelchair. No way a single Uber or Lyft could accommodate that. Abbas was the first to reply to my query and he too had the better rates, so I figured to give him a shot.

Worth it! He patiently waited for us to get through the typical international airport red tape, his van was comfortably able to seat us and take our cargo, and we were off to the East Bay in no time.

I had no difficulty contacting Abbas again for 3 more airport transfers with 7 people and the same, if not more cargo, over the succeeding couple of weeks.

We had the pleasure of taking Blue Shuttle a few weeks ago. Setting up our ride was super easy and very smooth. We found the shuttle service while looking online and got in touch with the owner, Abbas via text. His response were very quick and clear. We booked the shuttle for an early morning ride to the airport.

Abbas sent us a text the night before to reconfirm and in the morning he showed up 10 minutes earlier than the pick up time. He was very polite and helped us load up our luggage. The ride to the airport was very smooth inspite of the rain.

No stress at all for us! If you are looking for an airport shuttle, look no further. Highly recommended.

An updated review is way over due. Since our first review nearly five years ago we have used Blue Shuttle nearly 15 times. Abbas the owner is always on time (in fact generally 5-10 minutes early), always very courteous, and most importantly very very dependable. We are a family of four (2 young children) and dependability for shuttle service is very important and Abbas has always delivered. Highly recommend!

After COVID, it was our first time flying in over a year. Instead of taking a Samtrans bus as we normally do, we decided to take a van this time. Blue Shuttle exceeded our expectation.

2. They called the night before confirming our reservation, even suggested an earlier pick up time, if needed
3. Arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am
4. No additional charge after 4 am pick up
5. Reasonable price, service charge for credit card payment

I would highly recommend Blue Shuttle for transportation to and from SFO. I picked their company based on their Yelp reviews and I checked rates of other companies.

I needed a shuttle from Belmont to SFO and a return pick up. I emailed Blue Shuttle for a quote and they got back to me very quickly with a great rate for four passengers with four luggage. Very clear communication. Blue Shuttle confirmed the night before the pick up and the morning of our pick up, our driver Abbas was curbside ten minutes before the scheduled time. He was very courteous at 4:30 am and helped us with our luggage to into the van. A very smooth and safe drive (he had a mask on) we also had masks on. Abbas helped us with our luggage from the van to the curb. On our return. I had a text message from Blue Shuttle confirming my pick up and our driver Chuck called my cell once we landed at SFO and told me he was waiting near by while we got our luggage and went through customs. Once we were curbside I called Chuck and gave him our Terminal and door number. Chuck pulled up within five minutes and helped us with our luggage. Chuck was courteous and we had a smooth drive and a safe ride (also wearing a mask).

You cannot beat the easy scheduling, the courteous schedulers and drivers or the competitive rate. Vans are spacious and clean.

Excellent service, our driver Abbas was very polite, professional, and friendly. He arrived early for our pick up to SFO and always answered my email within 5 minutes. The cost for the transfer is fair. We would definitely book Blue Shuttle for all our trips.
