I had an issue with dishwasher and it was very important for me to have it fixed ASAP since nobody like washing the dishes. Lev came at our place next morning and have it fixed in about 30 min. Fast, clean and very responsive. I recommend Lev.

My Bosch dishwasher had drainage issue. Anvar was a knowledgeable technician. He listened to the dishwasher and identified strange noise from the drainage motor. After removing the motor, he found a small piece of bone trapped there. Then he retested different wash mode and identified drainage not fully functional by listening. After disconnected the dishwasher air gap pipes, he found a small piece of loose plastic affecting the water flow. Upon removing the plastic piece, the dishwasher is now back to normal operation. It took him less than an hour to complete. Price is reasonable and money well spent.

The business owner contacted me afterwards and explained warranty options. Since I already bought a new dishwasher, the owner refunded me. This is great consumer service.

The technician came and made the dishwasher start without changing parts, which was great. But the fix didn't last -- the dishwasher stopped working with the exact same issue the first time we tried to use it after the fix. We ended up getting a new dishwasher and the wasted the money on the fix.

Lev is a hard-working man who is unafraid to use necessary muscle when he has to: He replaced a dishwasher that needed a lot of coaxing to come out. Highly recommended.

Lev was amazing! He diagnosed the issues with our leaking dishwasher and gave us details on what needs to be done to fix it
He was following all Covid precautions and was not in a huge rush(as opposed to another appliance repair company that once came to fix our microwave.)
