I can't say enough about how appreciative we are of City Master Appliance Repair. When I called Friday afternoon, I was able to reach someone right away.. Initially, I was advised that the earliest appointment would have to be next week because they were fully booked. However, when they learned of the problem that our freezer was leaking sproradically, they right away said we couldn't wait and squeezed us in for a Saturday morning appointment. Russell gave advance notice when enroute to our house. He was very professional, polite, respectful (taking off his shoes without being asked to) and effective in getting the fix done. On top of all that, their service charge was very reasonable... We feel very fortunate to have him as our valued technical support! Thank you again, Russell and City Master Appliance Repair!! You have made it painless for us, and you would be our go to for any applications maintenance and repairs going forward..

Simply the best. Reasonable, competent and knowledgeable, responsive. It doesn't get much better.

Lev came in saw the issue and worked incredible hard and fixed out burners on a very expensive stove so it do not need to be replaced. Awesome job. Thank you Lev.

Late review, but wanted to share a positive experience with this company for our dryer repair. They were quick to respond and able to schedule us in soon after our request. They did an excellent job repairing our dryer, and also had a 90 day guarantee if needed. Would recommend hiring this company!

Requested service for a Samsung refrigerator on a Saturday morning. Lev was able to schedule someone for that morning. Jim arrived, quickly diagnosed my problem, and told me what I needed to do to correct it. Reasonable charge for a service call. I would definitely contact City Master for other appliance repairs.

Lev from City Master Appliance Repair came and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, which was not cold in the fresh food compartment, , but was still keeping food frozen in the separate freezer compartment. He asked me to empty the freezer so he could take the interior panel off, and then easily diagnosed the problem, and knew exactly what to do to fix it. He had the part needed ( I had given him model and serial number information when I called for an appointment), and efficiently put everything back together and now my 10+ year old refrigerator/freezer is working like a charm! Thanks, Lev, for a job well done! I highly recommend this business , and it will be the first call I make when the next appliance breaks !!

Quick response to our request for information and very easy to schedule an appointment for day/time that worked for us. We had Lev come over to take a look at our Viking oven - he was very thorough and gave us an honest assessment of the situation which ended up being that our oven was working just fine. Huge respect for this company and their integrity, he did not try to upsell us or charge us for a service that we did not need. Will definitely call them again for any future appliance repairs and highly recommend them.

He diagnosed the issue with his nifty technology, plus his evident expertise, ordered the part, and it was ready by Monday. We had the outer glass break on our Frigidaire oven. I put out the message via Yelp. Lev from City Master was one of the people that replied. To say we were thrilled we picked City Master is an understatement! Price was very fair, Anvar was a great technician, communication was great, work came with a 90 day warranty.
