Fernando and his team are absolutely great. Quick, efficient, and effective. I had them do some demo on an old concrete patio. They came out quickly for a quote and we scheduled within a few days to begin. Their value is also excellent. Highly recommended for any demo and hauling work.

What a great experience. They were on time and did a terrific job with all that I asked for. They respected the property and cleaned up well too. I will be having them help again in the future. Th price was very reasonable as well.

We have a small backyard, which was mostly covered by a large concrete slab (approx 290 sqft) that was approx 4" thick. Our side yard was only 36" wide, so large equipment (ie. a bobcat) wouldn't be able to get to the backyard. After getting several quotes, Fernando's quote was the most reasonable - in some cases, 33% cheaper than other quotes. I was able to schedule to have them come in within the next week.

They are punctual and fast. Work was estimated to start at 9am and finish at 4pm. They rang the doorbell at 9 on the dot and completed the work by 2pm.

This isn't some random small company renting trucks and equipment...they rolled up with their legit demo truck and a bobcat. Bobcat was staged in the driveway, so that they can bring concrete debris to the bobcat via wheelbarrow, and then used the bobcat to lift the debris into their truck.

I'm extremely happy now that we have a clean slate for landscaping and more plants!! I definitely recommend Costa Demo!!!

- left a bunch of trash in our backyard, bottles, cigarette butts, fast food wrappers even though the trash and recycling bins were right next to them
- permanent oil stains left from their machines on driveway and backyard
- equipment and debris was often left at our house blocking our driveway
- promises to come at a certain time only to not show up at all the entire day
guess reading other reviews others had very punctual experiences and good response time but that was not at all my experience
- work would constantly be halted for because they had to buy supplies or just plain not show up even they said they would

completed the job only after what seemed like constant unanswered texts, calls, and waiting

I'm incredibly impressed with Costa Demolition. We obtained quotes from four vendors, and chose them because their pricing was in line with the others, while their higher level of professionalism was clear. Not only did they do everything promised (down to sweeping the entire space at the end of the project), but they took on an additional job when an unforeseen issue arose. Thank you, Fernando and Jonathan, you'll definitely be our first call for future demolition needs!

It was a great experience with Fernando and Jonathan's team. I had a few dirt piles left from another job all over places in my back and front yard. They came on Wednesday April 5th to see the job site and started the work the very next day and finished up on Saturday morning. Originally they planned to use 3ft bobcat to get the dirt from the back yard as my fence gate is only 4ft wide. Since their bobcat is broken so they only had 7ft bobcat which can pick up dirt in the front yard. The back yard dirt was taken out by hand using their wheelbarrow--they brought another guy for a day to get this part of job done. Job completed as what I had expected. Great people.

I also hired them to demo my driveway concrete and dirt. Backfilling with base rock is included. Jonathan compacted the first half of base rock using my plate compactor and then fill the 2nd half of base rock.

They cleaned up the job site before they left everyday.. yes everyday. Very friendly crew.

Highly recommended to anyone, if I can give 5.5 star, I will do.

I guess that they are real busy. Scheduled a site visit with Fernando twice and I took time off work just to be onsite.

However he forgets and has no recollection of our appointments though we spoke over yelp and over the phone.

I feel that there should be basic respect of each other's time. It sucks that I have to call to check in and yet have no one turn up.

I happen to be doing some backyard remodeling ( new pavers and pergola etc) and found CD by luck . After speaking with Fernando initially, I felt very comfortable with his demeanor. CD was not the cheapest in fact but I wanted the work done right and the work to start as agreed.

And as promised, Fernando and his crew showed up! In my front court yard, the crew forgot to take out the cement under the pavers but Tulio promptly rescheduled for a day later and everything went as smooth as you can expect. I also wanted a few old items dumped and Fernando just charged me a nominal fee to remove. Fernando was so cool he even dump a few other items for me without any additional charge.

The only bummer was the demo guy chipped a small corner of my stucco in the front of my house in the courtyard and Tulio will return with a bit of stucco patch I'm sure he will fix.

Overall, the site was clean after the job was completed, demo crew showed up promptly as promised and you get 2 guys who are just good with customers you will not regret working with! What else can you ask for?Thanks again Fernando and Tulio !! Hoping your business is a continued success!!

Tulio and his team worked on our backyard and frontyard to install pavers and did really awesome job. We had a concrete which the demo first and later installed pavers. They are reasonable in pricing and responsive.
