Yachua and Manuel did a great job replacing a large section of old sewer pipe and two T's that were badly leaking.
The pipes are located in a very tight crawlspace making the job much more difficult. None of that stopped Yachua and Manuel. The price was very fair, a rarity in San Francisco.
Will definitely work with them in the future.

Appreciate the communication from the front office. Also, as a woman, I found it also quite nice to have a photo of my technician in advance of his arrival for safety precautions. Called for service Friday afternoon and no open appointments so made one for Sat at 8-10a. I was called at 9am saying someone was on their way. Then received a email from company with a picture of who was dispatched, nice touch in these times of home invasion. Yachua called when he arrived and quickly looked at the issue. A slow shower drain, no hot water in shower and just because things happen toilet clogged after I made appointment with them. Turns out needed to replace a part in shower fixture, pretty pricy part but I thought overall quote was good. As my sister recently got only her toilet snaked for $300 more than what I was quoted. I thought Yachua had same name as my son initially since my son is Joshua. Anyways Yachua had to leave to pickup the part and I was called when he was heading back. Appreciate being kept updated. Once Yachua got back he brought in his tools wrapped in bags, so he wouldn't make a mess coming or going, also appreciated he put booties to cover his boots and wore a mask. He got the toilet unclogged fairly quick. Shower drain took power auger and that cleared up in about 10 mins. Then he replaced part in shower fixture and set anti scalding setting. He checked everything few times to ensure everything was done and he cleaned up nicely afterwards. Overall great experience with discount plumbing and Yachua. Definitely will use them again and refer them.

I had a very bad clogged shower drain that I couldn't fix on my own. Discount Plumbing was great! I called and within 15 minutes, Yachua, was at my place. He was very consultative & knowledgeable with what needed to get done, & even showed us example photos of pipes in case ours needed to get redone. I'd highly recommend! 10/10!

Had a plugged drain in the morning and messaged on Yelp, was super responsive and came by noon, Yachua was super helpful and professional, came and gave a quote, and immediately helped resolve the issue, highly recommend!

Our shower pipe was leaking into the water heater.
Called Discount Plumbing and they sent yachua to my property which got here within 30 minutes. Also was a really good plumber, he answer all questions and I did get a great service and price.
